We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. Garage available for use. New mini grocery/coffee/deli shop directly across the street!! WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

Had a wonderful time. The upper level balcony needs some work for safety reasons, but overall the house was wonderful.

Ben was extremely responsive and the place was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as a cool convenience store called the Local just across the street. Everything was just as expected with the addition of some beach items that we did not have to bring with us which was nice. There were plenty of cleaning supplies & a few condiments in the kitchen to get by during our stay as well. Overall we enjoyed our time and the location was just what we were looking for during our spring break.

Beautiful townhome! We stayed here for a family girls’ getaway and loved it. Very clean and comfortable, and the owner responded to my messages almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

This was exactly what we were looking for on this trip! Short walk and easy access to the beach, a short car ride to all the shops/restaurants, and the property couldn’t have been any more perfect for our small group of people and a puppy dog! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Location

Excellent location for beach access, being fairly close to Portofino. Everyone had exactly what they needed and the garage availability really helped keep the car seats cool and made for an excellent place to organize packing the car each day.

Excellent Location

The property was very clean and in a great location. We walked around the block to the beach daily and then drove the 5 minutes to restaurants nightly. I enjoyed the private master suite upstairs with the laundry and huge closet.

I took into your consideration and I can not find anything on the VRBO listing that states the unit sleeps 6. It only says 2 bedroom/2 bath and allows me to share details about the rooms(I.e. bed size, tvs, etc.) Not sure where you got the misinformation

Great stay with our dogs!

This place was great to unwind with our fur babies! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean and comfy. Ben was an absolute amazing host and we enjoyed quick open communication from the time we booked! I would definitely stay here again. There was a super cute deli/convenience/liquor store across the street with very reasonable prices!

Great place for dogs!

A great stay at the beach!

This townhome was perfect for our week at the beach! It was in a great location and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The pool was on the smaller side, but our kids loved it! Ben was extremely responsive when I reached out with questions.The only negative was that some of the dishes and other kitchen items needed a more thorough wash before we used them, but that was a minor thing.

This condo is in a perfect location - far enough away from the crowds and traffic to have a relaxing visit but close enough to restaurants and shopping to get there quickly. Easy beach access as well.

Had A Great Time!

I was going to the area for my 45th high school class reunion, so I decided to take advantage and spend the week at Pensacola Beach. The house was clean and comfortable. Just what I needed for a much needed vacation. Our host was quick to come to our aid when we had a problem with the garage door. He was great!

We stayed at this property for our family vacation (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) and were very happy with everything about it. The property itself was clean, spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms worked really well for the four of us. It was well stocked with basic supplies and was a quick and easy drive to multiple restaurants, shopping areas and recreation areas. The pool was small, but a nice option. The neighbors were friendly and the area felt safe. The host was quick to respond to questions and was always very gracious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Fun Getaway

Great property, incredibly close to a quieter spot on Pensacola Beach. There were roaches and other critters however on the first floor and in some of the drawers and the freezer. I understand it's summer in the south and roaches especially are hard to prevent, but my sister and I can't stand bugs. Otherwise a perfect property.

I am so sorry for the bugs in the freezer drawer!! Have no excuses for that. As for the others unfortunately it’s just that time of year. We have same problem at primary residence and daughter is just like yall on hatred of bugs. We do have a quarterly professional bug service that comes and sprays so I will inquire if there’s more we can do. Thank you and again my apologies

Great Dog Friendly townhouse

Although the outside looks a bit rough, the inside is clean and well appointed. Plenty of room and comfortable. Just down the street from restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
