The sofas in the living room can comfortably sleep up to three people, though they are not sleeper sofas.
Please note, this property is currently listed for sale, and by booking, we may ask for your approval to let potential buyer and their agent to take brief, scheduled tour during your stay.
We will, of course, coordinate the time, for your convenience and will work to stay out of your way. If this is a deal breaker for you, you can state at the time of making the reservation that you are not comfortable with this aspect, and we will plan accordingly.
We will always aim to provide as much advance notice as possible to minimize any inconvenience. Rest assured, we prioritize your privacy and comfort and will ensure these visits are quick and respectful of your time.
$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
Please note that when reporting maintenance issues, it's important to be responsive and cooperative to help resolve the matter quickly, especially if access to the house is required for repairs.
Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the property to assist with its maintenance and upkeep. In rare instances, we may kindly ask you to bring a package inside for safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the home remains in great condition.
*Please Note: The driveway is shared with the neighboring house, so you may see another vehicle parked there during your stay. There is still ample space for guest parking, and we appreciate your understanding.
Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $50.
