Snowbird Special -condo steps from pier and shops!

Delightful coastal condo only 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from the village. This beautifully updated 2 bedroom + 2 bath home is full of comfort with a private back patio and many amenities just steps away. In the kitchen you will find a Drip Coffee pot. This home is family friendly! We can’t wait to host you!

Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), 2 tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing lovers, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center and 2 laundry facilities. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy. The complex is walking distance to the pier/village area with tons of shops and restaurants and about a mile to the public beach access with plenty of parking.

You will have access to the entire condo.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and equipped with items we needed. The location was, perfect. My daughter got married in the casino building, the condo was close, my niece stayed in a condo around the corner, and about 4 miles from family that lives on the island. Thank you for such a nice place.

Fantastic location! Very safe, close to everything. Kids loved the playground, tree swing, lake, and ping pong in the clubhouse. Condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. Easily one of my best vacation rental experiences.

We will definitely be wanting to rent from you when we need a two bedroom again! Of all the Ocean Walk condos we have rented over the last several years, this is by far the best maintained, best stocked with quality kitchen tools and appliances, well thought out with special touches, and best decorated. The management checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, too!Loved the area! There's a very friendly and fun group of folks at open play pickleball just down the street at Mallery Park every weekday morning. Southeast Adventure Outfitters has awesome kayaking trips (we see sting rays and tons of beautiful birds every time we go , and dolphins from their pier or from the water). The golfing at the three Sea Island golf courses is like playing in a nature preserve with the gorgeous scenery and wildlife as well! Nearby East Beach is such a fun and awesome place to walk. The quaint village and lighthouse are right down the street. And the number of day trips you can make to amazing nature trips with St Simons as home base is endless! We've been going twice a year for 8 years age don't think we will ever tire of this gorgeous destination.

Perfect spot

Love the location close to the beaches, village, and restaurants. The condo is very well appointed especially in the kitchen. The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The entire complex is well maintained. The two pools are lovely and there's a charming small lake with resident du ks.

Thanksgiving with the family!

This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a long Thanksgiving weekend in St. Simons. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The location is perfect close to everything but quiet and away from busy streets.

Wonderful!

Such a cozy home! Just the right amount of room for 3 adults. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a short driving distance to other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Difficulty entering home, assigned lockbox code did not work. Disgusting!!! The hall bathroom tub/shower, no water available, everyone had to shower in master bathroom. Very inconvenient. It was so aggravating when we finally were able to get inside of the house, ready to shower, no water on in bathroom tub. Lighting was not the best.
