Peaceful neighborhood. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and grill enjoyed coffee in the backyard and borrowed the beach chairs for our beach excursion. 8 of us were comfortable at your place.

The property was clean and mostly in order. The kitchen could of been better organized for cooking . We left the property thinking we would want a better neighborhood as it was a little funky in areas . We would consider Charlestown next year but not sure about Narragansett Properties as they held up our return deposit and didn't seem to have a clue until we contacted VRBO. (They told me multiple times it was credited and it was not) Evidently some financial issues in their dept.

We were pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at our home. However, we would like to clarify the damage deposit return policy, as laid out in your rental agreement and our listing. Damage deposits are returned 14 business days following your check-out date. This is not a financial issue nor an error; it is the standing operating procedure. Your deposit was returned as promised within the allotted time period. VRBO confirmed this with you and also confirmed our role as the merchant of record handling the return of those funds to you.

The house was fantastic for our family weekend at URI. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The house was perfect for family dinner/game night, right down to the gigantic blender in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great family vacation here. Check-in was super easy, and the management company was very responsive to any issues that came up. The room upstairs with 3 beds worked great for the teenagers. Kitchen was stocked fairly well, could use a spatula for stovetop cooking. Friendly neighbors! Very happy with our stay.

Great home

This house is perfect for one or two families. Beautiful and clean bedrooms and living area plus a large outdoor space with seating and eating area!

Lovely Family Vacation

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family vacation - three siblings and our families - 8 people total. The house worked out well for everyone as it accommodated parents with twin toddlers, teenagers and adults. We enjoyed meals and board games together and everyone had their own space when needed. Back yard was a great space for kids to run around in or for a quiet morning cup of coffee watching birds, squirrels and bunnies. Neighborhood was quiet and the River beach was a short walk away. Property managers were very helpful and quickly responded when we had questions.

Disappointed

Upon arriving there was a very strong odor in 1st floor bathroom. Found the cloth shower liner was very moldy. Then we discover that the that we did not have 2 compete rolls of toilet paper, paper towels that was promised. We arrived after office was closed So we spent our evening cleaning dirty tubs and showers and purchasing those item and laundry detergent to wash liner. Upon reading house rules it asked to put out trash on Friday but we had just arrived and did not have trash. When we went to leave there was not room for any trash amongst the 3 cans that were supplied. It was very disappointing to have cleaning fees and service fees then to experience this upon arriving. We have stayed at many VRBO's and have never had to bring our own sheets and towels and still pay such high prices per night for lodging. We did inform property management that there was a leak from 1st floor bathroom in basement and that water was coming in under door in basement during rain.

Hi Ellen, We are very disappointed as well to hear you did not have a five star experience. We have spoken with the cleaners to ensure starter supplies are left out to guests and all areas of the house are properly cleaned. We also corrected the trash issue as well. While, in the past, we clearly stated on the listing that linens and towels were not included, we have decided to begin including them for guests. We hope you otherwise were able to enjoy your time in Narragansett and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back again for an improved experience.
