Beautiful Heritage Home With Pool

This Georgian beauty, also known as “The Tom House” was built in 1888, and still maintains much of its original charm, while having modern conveniences for the perfect blend of old meets new. Our home is 1/2 block away from the famous Goderich sunsets, then down the trail where the beautiful boardwalk and beach awaits you! A 10 minute walk to the historic Goderich Square, where you will find, cafes, restaurants, and quaint little shops. Everything you need to have the perfect holiday.
The space
Thinking of spending your vacation in Huron County? Look no further! Our home is a beautifully decorated, heritage home, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fenced in yard with an inground pool. Perfect home for one or two families to share a getaway. Cook meals in our eat in country kitchen, Serve them in the formal dining room, or enjoy a glass of wine while the kids play in our backyard oasis with established perenial gardens, vine covered pergerla, conversation set, outdoor dining, gas BBQ, and an inground pool that the kids will love. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 room with a duble bed and 1 room with a Kig size bed. Guests have access to all house amenities including basic cable internet, Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, A Wii console with many games, arts and craft supplies for the kids, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas bbq and enclosed private backyard with tree swing and trampoline. We do live in the house when there are no guests, so you will run into some of our personal items, i.e. clothes, toiletries in cupboards. We ask that you leave everything as you found it. :)
PLEASE NOTE- We have a sweet Bernese Mountain dog that lives with us, and while I do a deep clean before our guests arrive, it may be bothersome if you have allergies)
Guest access
The accommodation is on ground and second floor. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival.

IMPORTANT: housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
IMPORTANT: check in is after 3pm check out is by 11am latest.

You will be given fresh clean towels and linen

- Visit some local brewery's Squarebrew, Cowbell, Stonehouse, to name a few
-Take in a game of golf at the local course,
-Go for a hike on some of the many trails in the area
Other things to note
I will be following the Airbnb Cleaning Protocol . The house will be deep cleaned as usual then sanitized .
