Suite A has a large brick patio and Suite B has a small private patio and grass yard directly outside the suite.

The patio includes a large hot tub that is shared by the occupants of both rental suites. In order to make guests comfortable, there is a hot tub sign-up board so that guests from only one suite will be using the hot tub at any given time.

Suite B is a new rental (reno completed in April 2023). Suite A has been a rental unit since 2009. To see reviews for Suite A, the Vrbo property ID is: 3312803. The property has 3 external Ring cameras: 1 facing the driveway, 1 facing the gate entrance/patio for Suite A, and 1 facing the patio for Suite B. The hot tub is partially in view of the camera facing Suite B.
