Stunning Studio w/Yard and Hot Tub - Suite B

Lovely studio suite with kitchenette and spacious bathroom located in a quiet, peaceful, safe Rancho Bernardo neighborhood. This stunning, completely furnished unit with French doors overlooks a beautiful little yard with access to a hot tub.

This property includes two rental units. This unit is Suite B which is a private guest suite that is attached to the main home. However, it has its own entrance and feels secluded from the main residence.

THE SPACE: Beautiful studio with king-size bed, kitchenette, dining table, television with YouTubeTV. Includes all linens, towels, utensils, small appliances, etc.

GUEST ACCESS: Private entrance to suite (with keyless entry) is accessed via a fenced in, well-lit patio.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests will walk past Suite A to get to Suite B.

Suite A has a large brick patio and Suite B has a small private patio and grass yard directly outside the suite.

The patio includes a large hot tub that is shared by the occupants of both rental suites. In order to make guests comfortable, there is a hot tub sign-up board so that guests from only one suite will be using the hot tub at any given time.

Suite B is a new rental (reno completed in April 2023). Suite A has been a rental unit since 2009. To see reviews for Suite A, the Vrbo property ID is: 3312803. (Note: All reservations for Suite B have been through the other major short-term rental site, so the reviews for Suite B can only be found there so far.)

The property has 3 external Ring cameras: 1 facing the driveway, 1 facing the gate entrance/patio for Suite A, and 1 facing the patio for Suite B. The hot tub is partially in view of the camera facing Suite B.

Exceptional getaway

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely, sparkling clean apartment with a hot tub, private patio with hummingbirds, and the world's best host who has thought of every detail to make your visit exceptional. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Suite with everything you would ever need

Loved this place! Very clean, quiet and felt very safe. Was perfect for visiting with family in the area but needed a different place to stay.

Another wonderful stay at Studio B

Mike’s “Stunning Studio Suite B” is our favorite place to stay in the San Diego area. It’s immaculate, comfortable, quiet and Mike is the most gracious host and has thought of everything a guest could need to feel right at home.And it’s a joy to watch the hummingbirds on the patio!

Outstanding VRBO property and the BEST HOST

We loved our stay - it was perfect. Mike goes above and beyond and treats her guests like family. She had numerous different types of pillows to meet our needs. She had wonderful high quality towels to enjoy after the shower. She provided luxurious bathrobes. She had a variety of bathroom toiletries in case you forgot anything and she even had tasty treats to enjoy. She had every kind of appliance to make coffee. She thinks of everything. The setting is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and the room was quiet as well. I am a birder and she even had bird feeders in the patio areas which we enjoyed while sitting on the patio. It exceeded our expectations and Mike has set the bar for the Best Host we have ever had.

Highly recommend this rental! It is located in a great neighborhood and close to a lot of things! Host has thought of everything and provides all kinds of snacks, coffee, bath items, office items, and provides extra towels, and all kinds of pillows to choose from! Wonderful!

Our stay was perfect! The space was beautiful and exactly as described. Mike was the most welcoming and gracious host! Her decorating skills are impeccable. The towels felt like butter, the bed was comfortable, the yard relaxing, and the hot tub was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. Thanks again, Mike! Thanksgiving retreat

We were in town to visit family over Thanksgiving holiday. The suite had everything we needed- quiet location, comfy bed, hot shower and kitchenette for coffee and breakfast. My husband also enjoy the hot tub! Mike is a wonderful hostess. We will definitely book again when back in town.
