Enjoy your vacation with a game of golf, a swim in the pool or a game of pickle-ball or tennis at the Oaks North club house. With easy access to I-15, shopping and a wide range of restaurants, Oaks North is just a short drive to downtown San Diego, beaches, Sea World, and all the attractions the area offers. Our condo is an end unit with extra windows and lots of natural light and only one neighbor to the side and no one above or below in a very quiet complex with friendly neighbors. It's the perfect home base from which to visit Southern California.
This condo is not just a rental property, it is our second home and is exceptionally well-stocked with small appliances in the kitchen (blenders, mixer, etc.), spices, and other supplies. The day bed in the guest room can be made into a short king and there is both twin and king bedding.
In addition to Spectrum cable provided by our HOA, we also have YouTube TV and Britbox.
We have a car in the garage, but there is ample unassigned parking immediately outside the condo. There is sports equipment in the garage for basketball, tennis and pickleball. There is room in the garage to park bicycles should you wish to bring yours. The building is gated and has an elevator.
