We welcome you to this impeccably designed, coastal modern beach home in the heart of Mission Beach! With all three bedrooms and common areas on the same floor, this home creates an incredible open-concept feel. We know outdoor living is essential in Mission Beach so we've got you covered. Take in the breezy ocean air and sparkling San Diego sunshine from either of our outdoor areas. Enjoy the hightop dining table on the balcony off the living room with peek-a-boo Mission Bay views. As the sun starts to set, cruise to our patio space off the kitchen to cozy up on the outdoor sofa around the fire pit all night long. Professionally decorated to compliment luxury living with comfortability, this family-friendly townhome checks off every box for a vacation to remember.

This property occupies two floors and shares walls with neighboring homes. Upstairs noise may be heard from time to time.
This home is located directly across from the community's park.
The ground floor patio belongs to the downstairs unit and is not apart of our home.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
