5,000 sq ft custom built home on 4 levels w/ 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and indescribable views of the lake/mountains only one could experience to believe. This home is fit for royalty. Stare out to the lake, mountains and stars with your partner from a jacuzzi bathtub situated in the middle of the 1,000 sq. ft master bedroom. Jacuzzi in front, Billiard room, darts, private gym in basement. Pool with waterslide open late May to early September. Get ready for an experience like no other. 54 reviews and a 4.96 rating on VRBO’s competitors site where I am a Superhost. Inquire for other sites listing where reviews can be seen. Approved for short term rental use as of 4/1/2024.

Parking is only allowed in the garage/driveway. No bumpers sticking out into street. NO STREET PARKING or parking on service road behind house.
Must be quiet when outside and inside the house by 10 PM. No wild groups or parties late into the night. There are permanent residents next door.
NO DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED OFF LEASH AT ANY TIME. NO SOLID FUEL BURNING. NO SLEDDING ACROSS THE STREET OR WALKING ON ANY OTHER PROPERTY.

Great place. Host was very communicative and detail oriented. Hot tub was nice, kitchen was full of great supplies to make dinners. View was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Driveway was on an incline and we managed to fit two cars in the garage and two in driveway, could’ve fit more if it wasn’t for the snow.

This house is falling apart and has serious sanitation and safety issues. It is not fit for families and should not be rented in its current condition.We stayed here with our family in early January 2026, and it quickly became clear that this property is a dump that has not been properly maintained. The home is literally falling apart.Multiple interior and bathroom doors did not close or lock, eliminating privacy entirely. One bathroom connected to a children’s bunk room had no door and no working light. Basic fixtures and doors throughout the house were loose, broken, or unsafe.There were dangerous hazards, especially for children. A nail was sticking out of the wall in the downstairs children’s room, and a family member hit his head on it. In the master bedroom, a closet door ripped off violently when opened and nearly injured a three-year-old child. This was terrifying and unacceptable.Sanitation was also a major issue. We found cobwebs, a large black spider in a bathtub, and—most disturbingly—a mouse inside the home while children were getting ready for bed. No one felt safe sleeping downstairs afterward. Rodents are a serious health concern, not a minor inconvenience.The host was slow to respond, missed promised repair times, and stopped communicating once we raised how serious the situation was. Although he sent workers who confirmed the mouse and placed traps, he later denied there was a rodent issue.This property should not be listed in current condition.

The house was amazing. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was fun and a centerpiece of our time. The house is big! Lots of bathrooms and common spaces to be together A perfect place for a family gathering.
