Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, baking sheet, BBQ utensils, wine & cocktail glasses, rice cooker and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. 4 Smart TVs, streaming apps, fast Wi-Fi, and a Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Kids will love the fully fenced yard and huge playset! Adults won't be able to get enough of that relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes!
