Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay at Pelican Watch 205 and appreciate you choosing us. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the room was as advertised. We’re very sorry about the razor blade being left behind, as that is certainly not acceptable, and we’ll address this with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in process and key access as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We love hearing feedback from our guests and so happy your enjoyed your property! The Booe Crew

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced and will address the issues you mentioned with our team to ensure improvements are made. We appreciate your honesty and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you appreciated the location and views from the property, particularly its oceanfront position and corner room advantage on the second floor. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience, and it is clear we fell short during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Your description of the condition of the property is not in line with our standards, and we understand how frustrating it must have been for you to deal with these issues upon your arrival. While our offer to send a cleaning crew was declined to avoid disrupting your vacation, we acknowledge that this situation should not have occurred in the first place. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns with our cleaning staff to ensure this does not happen again. We are committed to ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. To that end, we will be implementing additional quality checks and retraining our cleaning team. We also encourage you to contact us immediately during your stay should any issues arise, so we can resolve them promptly and ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope for the opportunity to welcome you back to Myrtle Beach and providing you with a more positive experience. The Booe Crew
