Centrally located Turn of the Century Beauty!

We hope you unwind and relax during your stay at our charming early 1900's rock house. The newly renovated space is cozy and quiet. Each room maintains the houses' historical character but has been updated to include modern conveniences. Bringing this house into the 21 century was a great labor of love! Orginally built in the early 1900's with wide cypress board walls, the front house was moved to the present location in the 1940's when the adjoining rooms were added.

We've stayed several times at this home. It's clean, comfy and perfect place for Thanksgiving. The host replies immediately and she is most gracious. We'll stay again and again.

Great Home

We booked for Thanksgiving and the photos looked ok. We got there and it the home was SO MUCH more than the pictures showed. Extremely clean, well put together, comfortable home with all the amenities anyone could want or need. I will book again!or need

My husband's office is very near and the opportunity came up to purchase this house from a friend in Historical District of Kerrville. I love the area! Location is great! Older home that have been updated and its spreading!

All the places in Kerrville are great, I'm not sure what makes mine stand out. It is unique in its own way. I'm not an interior designer or decorator. You will just have to see on your own...we'd love to have you!
