Open, warm, and inviting, Sac City Loft has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. This spacious studio apartment is a modern renovated space in a historic Victorian four-plex.

Experience the best that Midtown has to offer, all just a short walk away. Enjoy a meal at one of the world-class restaurants nearby, or go out and experience exciting nightlife.

**PLEASE READ: ACCESSIBILITY NOTE** The loft is accessed by two sets of stairs, the second is steep and narrow.

Guests have full access to the loft, including the adjoining bathroom, and office space. Guests also have access to the entryway of the building and front patio.

Overall amazing and unique place to stay. All essentials were present and property was close to shops and restaurants. Could have used a few more towels but otherwise everything you needed was there.

Excellent location, stocked amenities and responsive host! Holly has thought of everything, including a Visitor Parking Pass for street parking right out front. We were able to walk to Channel 24 for a concert no problem, but also very walkable for food in the area as well. I loved staying here and would definitely stay in the future! Also the bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in.

LOVED this loft! Everything was perfect. Host was kind & responsive. This loft is not just beautifully crafted but it was like a little slice of heaven. We only stayed 1 night for a concert at Chanel 24, which was within walking distance of the loft. Perfect for the occasion & loved midtown Sacramento! We definitely will be back for future events! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft. The space was so nice and appreciated all the little to touches like extra kitchen goodies and hygiene products. The location was also ideal!It was wonderful staying at Holly’s place and she was super helpful as a host as well! We would 10/10 recommend this place and stay here again if we’re ever back in Sacramento!

A most excellent rental. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sac City Loft.Everything was as advertised. Our host, Holly, was very responsive. And we had full privacy.The stairs are steep, but no problem for my wife and I who are in our late 60s.

This space was so beautiful along with being thoughtfully designed. We needed for nothing, as everything was prepared perfectly and neatly laid out. The floors, classic leather couch, vaulted ceilings and beams, and nice comforts like the mini split heating / ac and office space. I would live in this apartment if i could. Basically amazing and the host could have been more accommodating. Will try to stay here anytime im in SacTiwn
