Our modern villa is located within a very exclusive and secluded gated community with a super cool commUNITY of surfers, yogis, ocean-minded and health-eco conscious people from all walks of life. We hold bonfires occasionally and enjoy the beautiful outdoors together. It is super safe place to be and super laid back island living.

Fabulous Family trip

Had a truly wonderful stay at Sunset Villa! Great property, proximity to the beach was incredible and was perfect for our family with young children. Great communication with the host - she provided wonderful suggestions and was super helpful when the power was out. We loved our time!

Fabulous!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful, spacious and spotless. Our host was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions plus she provided us with some fun suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely book here again. I highly recommend this house!

Look forward to our next stay in this lovely home.

Home was well appointed. One of our sons got engaged on the beach while we were there and the home even had enough champagne glasses for us to share a champagne toast!! Very spacious and very clean. Host was extremely responsive. Easy walk to beach, pool and several restaurants. Appreciated the gift of Puerto Rican coffee And local beer that was left for us. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

Location was wonderful. Private without being far from town. Safe and well maintained property. The unit was amazingly well stocked with lots of bonus items often missed on a trip. So much space and sleeping options. Rooftop terrace an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

Vacation summer 2023

Great Villas. We stayed in this area last year and live the gated experience and safety of the area. Outdoor sports areas, pool, gym and Beach are great. Walked the beach multiple mornings and watched the surfers. So much to do in the area. The house is nice with great furniture. There is a trundle and two Murphy beds so can sleep way more than is advertised. Will be coming back for our next vacation.

Great place for families!

After planning a last minute vacation, literally booked the day before, we ended up in PR at this beautiful rental. It's perfect for families! Although we didn't use them all (the rules say only 8 overnight guests) there are a TON of beds available and sleeping arrangements throughout. The very private beach is absolutely perfect for little ones or just lounging, the pool is great, and its very close to everything you need. I would love to come back!

Ocean lover, tree-hugger, healthy and conscious living advocate, yoga teacher and interior designer. Born in Puerto Rico, have lived around the island and abroad but officially adopted by Rincon in 2008 where I’ve had the privilege of raising my kids in this beautiful laid back surf town. My kids surf; me and my husband SUP. Proud boricua (Puertorrican) who loves hosting and sharing my beautiful community and culture with people from around the world. My life mottos: Life is good & Work Hard Play HARDER!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Big villa for big families and groups with everything you need to feel right at home. Punta del mar is located in an exclusive gated community but full of amazing people. Its a super safe where kids can roam free and we are right on the ocean. Our beach is a mix of a beautiful tide pool and open ocean with world class non crowded surfing from November through April. Summers are flat waters perfect for other watersports. We are secluded but easily accesible to town in a short 8-10 minute drive.
