We absolutely loved our time in this home, and its location ON the water cant be beat. This house has everything - amazing communication, smooth checkin, super clean home throughout, great ACs in each bedroom and ON THE BEACH location. We were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice, this is THE place to stay in Rincon. Its not if we will be back, its when. This home is really that good...

Awesome location. Right on an amazing beach with daily sunsets. Clean house. Easy check in. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. Hosts were super helpful with recommendations. Will stay here agan when we come back! Highly recommend.

Another great stay on the beach

Family loves this house, its location on the beach and the many things to do within a short drive or even walking distance. Everything worked great, even the a/c. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Host was communicative and had no problems. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect Get-a-Way

Everyone had a great time. The house made for a picture perfect family vacation. They supplied everything and more

Great location

This house is in a great location. The access to the beach is perfect and it's close enough to places to eat and shop.The neighborhood is quiet and has a feeling of safety.

Location

Can’t beat the location of this being steps to the ocean. Home was simple but large and clean- plenty of room for a family. Location was close to everything you need. The only thing that would have been nice is if we were left with some detergent and extra toilet paper and trash bags so we didn’t have to buy those supplies/ but overall a great stay. Would definitely go back to Rincon and stay in this home! Thank you for having us!

Amazing stay in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The accommodations were perfect for a family and the beach was amazing! You can’t beat the location. Quiet neighborhood but in just minutes you were at wonderful restaurants, grocery store and bakeries. I would highly recommend Valerie’s home if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacay!

Heaven on the beach

If you are looking for proximity to the beach, look no further. As soon as you walk out the door you are literally ON THE BEACH.Plenty of space to run around in the house, and a quiet and private patio. Good amenities, and a reasonably equipped kitchen.Felt very safe in the area, and the house was very central to downtown Rincon.Very nice grocery store right next door, and a short morning walk to the best coffee at La Cafetera.Would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the fridge for us who arrived at the property late.RECOMMENDED!

On the beach in Rincon

This is a unique property as to how close the front patio is to the beach. The beach is clean sand. Large palm trees are located in the south side of the patio to provide shade for 2 of the lounging chairs. A large grocery store is a 4 minute drive away. The 4 bedrooms are spacious as is the kitchen and living areas. a gas grill is provided and we used it for several large meals. HIGHLY Recommended!

Perfect Beach House

This is the second time we have stayed in this house in Rincon. Our family loves everything about it. It is a close walk to many restaurants and a bakery/coffee shop is also within walking distance. My kids loved using the beach toys, especially the body boards and spent hours riding waves on the beach. There is also some decent snorkling about 100 yards off shore and we enjoyed the colorful fish and some coral. Beach is clean and ocean bottom is sandy, perfect for younger kids. Rincon is also a great place to leave for day adventures- biobay in La Parguera, snorkeling/diving tours and Cascada Gozalandia. My kids loved cliff jumping and rope swing at Gozalandia.

Perfect for a family

House was great. It had everything we could possibly want. The few problems we encountered were taken care of immediately. We had an excellent holiday and would definitely return to this Rincón home again.

Great Beach House

The house and location are excellent. Wonderful hearing the waves all day/night. The house had beach towels, chairs, and all kitchen equipment we needed. Easy walk to some restaurants and great location if you want to explore western Puerto Rico (Rincón is our favorite). We will be back.

A return visit 12 years in the making

My family had been to Pelican Beach 12 years ago and were thrilled to see that it was available for us again during this trip. Gate that led directly to the beach. Air conditioning and a generator!! It's 12 years improved with good wi-fi, excellent bath towels, comfortable beds, and kitchen stocked with all the cookware we needed. Host communication was amazing!! Checkin and instructions for how to depart were simple and easy to follow. I'm sure hoping that it won't be another 12 years before our next visit!! Bravo!!

Awesome Beach House

Right on the beach! Spacious, well maintained and clean. Host communication was excellent. We played in the waves, explored the town and the western side of the island from here. We enjoyed the community cat, the crab on the walkway and the lizards. Made good use of the snorkeling equipment and the boogie boards. Only issue was island electricity wasn’t working right which made for a couple hot nights without a/c but host provided fans. Great stay, would definitely stay again.

Nice no frills place on the beach

The house and being right on the beach is wonderful. It comfortably fits large groups without feeling like being on top of each other. It was clean as well. It's a great house just note it's not fancy- the furniture is comfy enough but the AC remotes are very finicky (one room is missing one entirely) and the kitchen pots/pans have seen better days. The property manager was very nice however communication could have been better. Upon arrival the code for lockbox we were told was incorrect and we had to wait for manager to come and let us in (didn't take too long). One morning we lost power and back up generator never kicked in. In contacting the property manager about this, it took hours between her replies and sometimes multiple followups with her before we got any response/support (which was basically just "hope it comes back on soon"). She said she for generator to be looked at by service company but it was going to be the next week (after our checkout) before anyone could come to look at it. Thankfully power was back on before nightfall, otherwise all our food would have spoiled (we cooked entire trip so had a ton of groceries) and our electronics would have been out of battery (bad for people working remotely). Such is island life... All said, if you can roll with the punches and get past the quirks here and there, it is a great clean place to stay in a good location. I would stay again if I had big large group going out to Rincon.

Ocean Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beach home that is directly on the surf. Walking 25 steps from your chaise lounge to the ocean was such a treat! In the evening we would await the show (the sunset) which is directly in front of the villa. The kitchen has all the necessities and more. The beds were comfy and clean. Having beach toys, chairs and snorkel equipment available was such a bonus. We can not wait to return and stay here again.

Glorious week

The property is in an excellent location. The view is spectacular and falling asleep to the crashing waves is amazing. The host was very responsive to questions and the house was well provisioned. Definitely plan to return.

Perfect beach vacation

Our group was myself, husband, daughter in law, and our 7 children ages 20-7. This was the perfect beach for our elementary and middle school aged kids. No current and perfect sized wavesto lay in. I loved that the house was 8 min away from Steps beach, one of the best snorkling spots in Puerto Rico. Lots of fish, elk coral, and a sea turtle. Kids enjoyed the snorkeling to. Older kids and husband rented a surf board and tried surfing at several beaches. House was a great location as our section of the beach had few people and we were within walki g distance to many food trucks and town if kids wanted to go get something on their own. Housewas large, cleanand had everything we need for a great beach vacation.
