Excellent place to stay

My family and I had an amazing time in Gatlinburg and the condo was perfect place to unwind and relax away from the crowds and noise. Definitely planning our next trip and staying here again!

Booked at the last minute for a quick trip. The condo was nice and it was in a quiet area. They had a wagon for guests to use to bring stuff in an out of the house which was a blessing for us even only being there for 2 nights we had a lot to carry in. The biggest surprise for my daughter was seeing The Ohio State University magnet of Brutus Buckeye which just made her day and let us know that we have fans allll the way down in good ole Tennessee! As an Ohioan we loved that lil touch!

The place was of great distance from town.. We were not notified that tissue garbage liners and paper towels were not provided before arrival..Only notified after we ran out and had to make do until the next morning... If manager or service people was onsite at least one roll should have been offered that night even if we paid..The carpet needed cleaning and not sure if the master tub is old and stained or wasnt cleaned. Oh while cooking we had to leave wi dows and doors opened so the fire alarm.will not set off. Now the room space was great the scene from the back was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace...I would recommend it each problem is livable....and changeable
