Excellent location for wine exploration and hiking. We didn't spend much time in the dwelling but when we did, it was ideal for our needs. The neighborhood is safe, the grounds are immaculate and our lodging was clean and comfortable for two people. We would certainly stay there again if our travels took us back to this area.

Perfect Property

This was the perfect spot to stay in Yakima. Close to anywhere you need to get without being to crowded. It’s in a nice neighborhood and a beautiful property. The apartment itself was very clean and very cozy. I will be looking to book this place the next time I’m in Yakima.

My two friends and I came here on a little staycation weekend away from the kids and it was perfect! It’s so cute and cozy, it’s also super clean. There was enough room for us to spread out all our craft supplies and make vision boards while watching movies in the main area. Having a full sized fridge was also great because we brought some meals and went out for others. The bathroom was also really nice with an awesome heated floor that we all really enjoyed. We would love to come back for another girls trip!

Cozy Cottage

It was a cozy comfy to back to and relax with a blanket from being busy with our son basketball tournament. It is so peaceful with the birds chirping , shade to sit outside and the pound is beautiful and the landscape as well. Also appreciated it was gated around the property. Great place to stay. Lovely Property, Beautiful Space.

The Carriage house was a lovely and relaxing retreat! We stayed during a weekend wedding in Naches, and it was perfect. A 20-min cab ride from the venue, and close to pretty much everything in Yakima. The surrounding grounds were beautiful as well. Great communication from the owners as well. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay

Quiet, clean, great location. What more could you want? Our stay was short and we wished we could have stayed longer. The grounds surrounding this apartment are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The hostess responded quickly and kept us informed before our check in. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you Laura for your kindness!

Yakima Gem

The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima.

Peaceful stay

The carriage house apartment on 2nd floor was an ideal place for the two of us. Immaculate, beautifully renovated, on gorgeous grounds and so peaceful in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Small toaster/airfry oven, hot plate and microwave were all we needed. We used the propane bbq on the deck one night, great amenities here. Heated bathroom floor was an unexpected luxury! Stairs were not a problem for us, but may have been for a handicapped or elderly person. We hope to return someday soon.
