The home was comfy and inviting. The pre-lit Christmas tree was much appreciated. My children truly enjoyed playing foosball. The host was very responsive to messages. Definitely will stay here again the next time we visit family in the area.

Joe is a very responsive host. This was our second stay at Joe's place, having previously booked through a different site. Both times the house was easy to enter, and we were provided with everything we needed for our 4-5 day stays. The kitchen was well equipped and in good condition. Both bedrooms had additional bedding if needed. We did purchase some laundry detergent to use the machines. All instructions were very clear for checking in and out, as well as for WiFi. No issues receiving food deliveries. The beds and seating areas are comfortable and the heat works very well. We look forward to staying again next time we are visiting family in Yakima!

Beautiful and cute and will decorated comfy lil place! Clean !! And the beds and furniture were comfortable. Quite neighborhood was good for day sleepers.. because I work nights. And the host is very accommodating.

This cute cottage was clean, had very comfortable beds, and offered nice toiletries in the bathroom. We also appreciated the off street parking and quiet neighborhood. The only thing we’d recommend is lighting up the front house numbers for folks (like us) arriving after dark. The central location was convenient for our school event at Eisenhower HS, and we enjoyed several local coffee houses and restaurants during our stay….you can get anywhere in Yakima within 10-15 minutes from this house!

Perfect house for a family stay! The back yard was great for my 5 year old, we brought a sprinkler for the hot day. The kiddo also really likes the füsball table.

Lovely Spot

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in town. The home was clean and private and the host provided almost anything you could need. The only issue we ran into was that the internet in the house was very unreliable and would frequently lose connection. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our trip.

Great little place

Older house that has been fixed up. It fit my needs perfectly though. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to the highway. The host supplied all my needs. Off street parking is really nice.

Excellent!

Excellent communication with the host. Very timely responses. Flexibility to add an extra night when we decided to extend our stay. House was clean and cozy. Provided everything we needed and was within 10 minutes of stores, gas, restaurants… We will definitely book again if we go back to Yakima
