Seaside Resort - Deluxe 1 Bedroom 1 Bath - Assignment 3

The one-bedroom, one-bath deluxe units are located on the upper floors and offer views of the ocean and beach from the balcony, and in some cases from the unit as well. These units are approximately 700 square feet and are limited to 4 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, and balcony. Each is furnished with a king bed and a queen Murphy bed in the living room.

The resort requires a photo ID and credit/debit card deposit to check in. This deposit is refundable upon guest departure if the condo has not been neglected/damaged during the guest stay.

The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing a guest name on a booking comes with a fee of $130. This fee is subject to change.

There is parking available in the parking garage for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 6 ft 11 in to fit into the parking garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Guests Occupancy - Per city ordinance, the Maximum Occupancy for people and vehicles cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors stopping by, children, and infants both count towards occupancy. The maximum occupancy of this condo is 4 people and 1 vehicle.
