This Oceanfront 1 Bedroom/1 Bath is located on the 11th floor with DIRECT oceanfront views. Sleeps up to 6 with 2 Queen Beds and 1 Murphy Bed. Located within the Ocean Park Resort in North Myrtle Beach, this 1-bed, 1-bath condo has all the comforts of home while enjoying beautiful views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony of the ocean! Enjoy this spacious condo and with so many attractions in the area, they won't want to leave! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with a private walkway to the beach. You are sure to bring home great memories of this resort!

Watch Out

Pictures on site look better then when you get there. Floor where coming apart in living room and bedroom room. The whole place needs to be remodeled for the price you pay. I was charged for the draw coming off when i immediately reported it with pictures to Big Fish Rental and you could tell it wasn’t the first time it has been repaired with wood glue. There was not a dust pan in the unit to sweep up anything only a broom. Now the staff at the resort was very friendly with had nothing to do with renting from Big Fish Rental.

Beautiful location, needs major work.

The stay at Ocean Park and their staff was wonderful. Communication with Big Fish Rental was wonderful until the middle of the stay and it stopped almost completely for a few days. I found a lot of damage to floors/walls/doors as soon as we arrived and were settled enough to pay attention. I was asked to send pictures to protect ourselves for being responsible and I did. The unit was hard to keep cool and there was no air circulation in the bathroom, so I took straight cold showers the whole week just to not overheat. We got one bath towel per person and was unaware we’d be in charge of cleaning our own bath towels for the stay. I was okay with it, until realizing that the dryer was so backed up with lint it was not drying well (and would take me restarting the dryer all day to get them dry) and covering all the laundry in backed up lint and pet hair. Which is not pleasant to dry off with after a shower. On our last day, there was some type of water leak next to the dryer, and I finally got someone to reply to me about the dryer and some extra towels. They also thankfully gave us a free late check out. My 20 year old made her bed and neglected to tell me there was a stain on the mattress protector so we got held responsible for that, but I’m just going to move on and won’t be renting from this company any further. The floors are very dangerous and not safe to be walked on without shoes or with babies/toddlers/puppies because of loose pieces.

Manager' uncooperative

What you see is not what you get. Washer full of water. Repair man unble to fix. He cleaned the dryer filter which was albout a couple inches thick. Only 1 saucepan of the pots and pans were usable. The rest were caked with burnt stuff. Skillet had a broken handle which when picked up it would twirl around. We asked for some decent pots and pans so we could cook. Several times. No dust pan, toilet bowl brush or mop. My husband had to cut off 2" of built up dirt etc from the broom to be usable. And we are supposed to clean the condo which is required on condos that you rent. LL have responsibilities too but this one doesn't seem to care. Her response was I will check with my team. They finally delivered the pots and pans on day 11. I know I complained once again on day 9 of our stay. 2 days later they delivered new pots and pans. It was just like staying in a motel where you had to go out and eat. Flooring was in bad shape creating a trip hazard. The a/c filters were so caked with dirt dust. If she had a high electric bill that definitely is why. Once again we cleaned them out so the air conditioner will run better and they're so very very disappointed in this unit like they say " what you see is not what you get." We had to buy frozen food from the grocery and or go out to eat more than we were planning too because of not having pots and pans. We feel that we are entitled to a substantial refund. This is so not right for her to lease thru VRBO. I have copies of all corresp
