House was clean and well stocked. Dining suggestions in booklet were excellent! Check in and communication with host ran smoothly. Check out was even smoother.

Spick and span clean. Great space with modern amenities. Fantastic location that was walkable to everything we wanted to do including a concert at BC Place. Plenty of bars and shops nearby including Little Italy and the Gastown area. Shout out to Heatley Bar which became our hangout. Awesome having two bathrooms for six of us. I would stay here again.

Our trip

Our trip to Vancouver was amazing, the host was great very helpful with checking in & giving us all the information we needed for passwords, property was clean & the decor & set up inside the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again or tell/refer a friend

We had a great stay overall! The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location worked well for us, it’s close to great bars, restaurants, and walkable neighbourhoods, though travellers unfamiliar with Vancouver should know it borders a stretch that can feel a little rough.The thoughtful touches were much appreciated: a welcome bottle of wine, a book of local recommendations, and board games for downtime. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. We’d happily recommend this spot!

Modern decor, decent and close proximity to the downtown attractions.

Property was decent for the price and access to the main downtown attractions. Host was accommodating and responsive. We were there with our old parents and teenager kids and everybody had their own space, privacy. Bathrooms were large, which was great. Overall a very nice experience.

The house was amazing for a long weekend. Three good size bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they were incredibly helpful and responsive.The area around the house includes some unhoused folks, so just keep that in mind when coming home (especially at night) but there are lots of cafés, restaurants and breweries within a short walk.

Great house, sketchy neighborhood

The house suited exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was a bit shocking, so do your research before booking. The house was clean and spacious. Would recommend more pillows and towels but everything else was adequate.

Cute Place

It is a very nice and updated place. I would suggest that address be placed in the back fence for easier access. Also be aware that you may go through a very undesirable area before reaching rental. Once there you will be happy with the unit itself.

Nice House, nice owner, but bad neighborhood!

Nice house with all the aminities! Owner very helpful and fast to answer questions. But the neighborhood is not great with lots of homeless people in streets nearby! Not fun to run in the morning or walk at night!

Clean and comfortable

Our family of six stayed here for three nights. The home interior is clean and comfortable. There is easy parking in the rear. We went to two concerts at Rogers Arena and it was very convenient to get there via Uber. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The only negative is the neighborhood. Lots of unhoused and folks suffering from addiction. We only went from the house directly into our vehicle/uber with our four teen daughters.

Beautiful home and super communicative host

I stayed with a group of friends for a bachelorette trip of eating, shopping, and whale watching and we had a wonderful time at this house. The hosts are available for all questions and issues and we never ran into an issue with them. The house itself is such an awesome space, especially for a group of friends. It’s well stocked and there’s lots of parking. We had lots of room for sleeping and eating and quality time. It’s a quick drive to downtown, which made it easy for all of our planned outings. Keep in mind that the area around the house would not be considered walkable (especially for young women) due to a large transient/houseless population living in streets nearby. We never felt unsafe at the home, but had hoped to be able to walk around the neighborhood more and were unable to do that. Other than that, the size and stocked nature of the home, the communication from the hosts, and the ease of parking and check-in/out was amazing!

The property was really lovely, well decorated and clean. A warning however for anyone looking to book that it's in a very rough area, I wouldn't have been happy with my wife walking alone around the local area as there's streets and streets of unhoused addicts. We used Ubers to get anywhere we needed to go so it didn't affect us too much, even though the Uber drivers made sure to lock their doors and close their windows when we got back to the area. I stayed in the top floor with my wife and there's a couple of improvements we believe that could be made to improve the experience:Light switches next to the bedA plug in the bathroom sinkA shower niche or shelf to keep products onA second bedside table next to the bedSpare pillows if you want to sleep with more than one. Other than that there were fans in every room, an ironing board and iron, coffee machine, plenty of fresh towels, the beds were comfortable, nice big TV in the lounge.

Allen and Rob were excellent communicators -- not one issue!The house was nice and rustic (yet renovated) and good for about four people (more will be tight). We were not home much so it really worked. Decor is fairly spartan but clean and efficient. Some small fixes on furniture.The neighborhood, which how can the hosts control, is adjacent to a very large unhoused and drug-fueled area. Even me as a former NYC, SF and LA resident took notice. Not alot there to walk around and see in terms of shopping/restaraunts but can see the potential and hey, maybe it all changes within a block or two. If you're used to an urban environment, no biggie but if not, it could be dicey (thought didnt seem dangerous if that makes sense).All in all, a good weekend in Vancouver and the Ubers took us back/forth everywhere we needed to go.8/10!
