Updated message from the Resort HOA about offseason work to the balconies. 5 O'clock Vibes balcony was worked on this past off-season and will not be worked on this offseason. Any questions please feel free to reach out:

LA Construction is scheduled to start setting up on Tuesday, September 2. They will be working on stack 15 (all units ending in 15 with the exception of 16th floor). The first unit on the 16th floor to be affected will be 1610. They will also be putting a large container in front of the building, parking in that area will be limited. We will try our best to do weekly or bi-weekly updates on the progress. Just a reminder, it will be loud and dusty.

This will allow the outdoor pools to remain open at least till mid-October, possibly longer.

Royal Garden Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, corn hole, Tiki bar, charcoal grills, free Wi-Fi, vending machines and 24 hour security.

You are allowed two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability.

Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.

No motorcycles, RVs, trailers allowed in garage .

2 passes will be available when you enter the unit. Indoor pool code will be sent to you.

**We recommend Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. If you cancel without it and we rebook the property, a refund (minus the reservation fee) may be issued. If not rebooked, payments are forfeited**
