Hi Melanie, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your accommodations and got to be a part of the turtle hatching! It is not a common event, so to be witness to that is quite something! Thank you for your input on the check-in process. We try to make it as easy as possible. Since we do not require a damage deposit, it is critical that we obtain a copy of a credit card to have on file for incidentals. Bookings made through online booking platforms handle payments separately, and we do not have access to said information. Although Guests can email an upload with their information, we do not recommend to do so for security purposes. In addition, we prefer to provide a personal touch and get to know our Guests. Many find knowing we are onsite and are welcome to bring their needs to our attention, provides a sense of ease and confidence that we are here to help. Thus, having our Guests come to the office to provide that information resolves more than just one issue. We do have it stated in our Confirmation email that if Guests anticipate a later arrival than our office hours, to give our office a call so we can make other arrangements; such as providing the door code, leaving the pool bands, parking pass, etc. on the counter. We thank you for your feedback, and hope your family will choose staying with us for your next visit. We are happy to know you loved your stay and found the property well maintained. We appreciate the manner in which you left the condo, and would be honored to accommodate you again! Sincerely, Simca Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC
