Chad's wedding

My wife saw a hair ball in the master bedroom. A hair dryer was listed but not present. I was told Ryan was delivering one. He never arrived. I bought one for the ladies staying to get ready for the wedding. I also had to buy a teakettle and donated it to the condo. It matched the Kerrig. I didn't donate the hair dryer. I was very surprised at the very few glasses and cups. I was also surprised that the front door looked so bad as well as not being aware of the dining/kitchen ceiling stains. I was surprised that anyone can work on their truck engine in the parking lot. Every time I walked in the condo it had a bad smell so we bought a candle and air freshener and left them behind for the next guest. I am sorry but I was not impressed.

Decent property

The property is ok, not high end by any means. Price reflects that. Property needs some tlc. Pool and hottub were nice. Overall average to below

Long AZ Weekend

Less than impressed with our stay. There were a number of maintenance issues: no smoke detector which is a huge safety concern, the toilet paper holders are loose and do not hold the rolls, the door to the soap compartment of the dishwasher are completely broken off, the main light in kitchen strobes for 5 minutes before it turns on, the pillows are extremely worn, the master bathroom shower didn't work at all, the master bedroom window is loose and rattles with any wind, the metal artwork on the wall rattles anytime another door closes or someone walks heavy in another apartment, and on our last night all of the sinks backed up with really disgusting stuff. The property company offered the option to be compensated for the inconvenience, but more than one month since submitting that request, I have heard nothing.

Central to everything

Central to wherever you want to go. It was a two bath condo and one of the showers wasn’t working when we got there. Central pool and hot tub was nice. Laundry facilities were ok.

Scottsdale stay

Nice location and space but subpar on many maintenance items: no smoke detector, loose door handles, frozen shower handles.
