Hello Jack, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We would like to clarify that the issues you reported during your stay were addressed promptly. After you informed us about the grill, we sent someone to inspect it and provided access to a second working grill the following day. We also sent housekeeping to address the items you brought to our attention. Several of the concerns mentioned in your review were not reported to us during your stay. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for us to address issues that we are not made aware of while guests are in the property. We also want to note that, during our communications, profanity was directed toward our team. While we always strive to assist our guests and resolve concerns as quickly as possible, we expect interactions to remain respectful. Our team made every effort to respond to the concerns that were reported and to provide solutions during your stay. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
