The ground level features an open layout with a comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows bring the beach views into the main gathering space, creating an inviting setting for meals, movie nights, and quality time together.

Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds.

Hallway Bathroom: Shower and convenient access for the second and third bedrooms.

This property is not pet friendly.

A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted.

The garage is locked for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated up to 85°F.

Spa heat is available from October through April for $15 per day plus taxes.

Travel insurance is available through Generali, except for Hawaii and New York.
