Another great stay at Seascape Towers

The beach location is amazing and the complex is clean, quiet and in a terrific area. The unit was wonderful! It was well appointed, clean and decorated very nicely. The views from every window are outstanding! This is our third stay at Seascape and our first in this unit and we will be returning.

Great time great weather! Enjoyed the balconies, dolphins, and long walks on the beach. Our favorite places is to eat was Norwoods and the garlic Terry and Joe Nazareth PA.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Although we decided to leave early because of impending Hurricane Milton, we loved everything about this condo. It was exactly as described with all necessary amenities. Arrival was a bit tricky with the construction going on, but once we figured it out, it was fine. We had no opportunity to communicate with the property manager. since there was not a NA,we were forced to select he default rating of 3. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful condo. Beachfront. Construction project going on so pool was noisy as they were running a jack hammer but couldnt hear it on the beach or in the condo other than that fantastic place.

Cozy and clean with amazing views

Husband and I decided to take a last minute week trip to the beach this summer for our 25th and were pleasantly surprised to find Claire's lovely 7th floor beach front condo. Where there can be some wear and tear from what photos show online, that was not the case in this condo. It was amazingly clean, cleaner than any other condo we have rented and we rent at the beach now for over 20 years. The view was spectacular. The walk to the beach is incredible short and with all the locked gates you feel very safe moving about. The on-site pool and hot tub were refreshing. The beach itself was not crowded at all and the people on the beach were very respectful. No obnoxious yelling/drinking/music or people acting crazy at night. The night beach walkers were very respectful of their lights and due to the sea turtle county restrictions, very few lights in the condos means great star gazing at night. We had one small storm that was gorgeous there. We ate at the local places, Norwoods is amazing as is Mon Delice for breakfast pastries and lunch. Within a 20 mintute drive we arrived at the East Central Regional Rail Trail and it was a lovely 25k+ bike - highly recommend it! All told this was our most favorite vacation at the beach, the location, restaurant, people and atmosphere were perfect! Hope to rent again - we were so sad to have to leave.

Great place to stay!

Awesome property in a great location . The views are better than they look in the listing. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for your stay and it was really clean when we arrived. Private beach access and the beach was not crowded at all during our stay . Check in is really easy and parking is not a problem at all. There are luggage carts in the garage to make it easier to get your stuff inside . Claire is really easy to contact and answered my questions quickly and she was really pleasant to talk to. This is a great place to stay and you can’t go wrong booking it!

Peaceful beach condo; breathtaking view

So i stayed a week here without incident. If you like waking up, strolling over to a window and gazing out at the ocean, this place is for you. Nice and high so you can occasionally see ocean going vessels in the distance. Private underground parking is nice. Private gated beach entrance, with some nice touches like a place to put your sandals and a nice high pressure hose for rinsing that sand off your feet. The place itself has a lot of character, very beachy decor, quirky layout for a 1/1 (due to the design necessary to get all the units facing east). The jacuzzi tub is fancy, if maybe a little dated and making shower ingress/egress a little tricky. Kitchen's great and well appointed, living room is spacious and inviting (dont know their visiting policy, but you could easily entertain 10 for cocktails) Despite growing up in the next town south, id never spent much time on the beachside of New Smyrna, and i look forward to findjng an excuse to return.

A Dream Getaway!

What an amazing place! When I booked it, I couldn't believe how amazing the pictures were, right out of a magazine. I wasn't sure if it would be as good as the pictures, but to our great pleasure, the pictures don't give this place justice! Not only is it a beautifully decorated/clean condo, but you can't ask for a better location...just steps from the very private beach. Highly recommend it, and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home right on the beach

Claire's home is exactly as shown in the listing. The main balcony overlooks the beach, and is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise or view the beach. There is also a comfortable chair next to a window overlooking the beach, which turned out to be my favorite place to sit and read a book. The king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and the entire house was clean. Check in and check out were simple. We were fortunate to see a launch from Kennedy Space center one night. We were able to see it from the balcony and the experience was awesome. The town of NSB is great. We ate food from the french bakery regularly, Publix is a quick 5 minute ride for any supplies you need, and there is a large shop where you can get any beach toys you need. I'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo, Amazing Location

We loved that this spot is right on the beach. It’s so convenient and everything was very nice. The condo had everything needed and then more. We had a slight check-in difficulty, but Claire was kind the whole time, before and throughout the trip. We had a blast!

Delightful, private condo, perfect for a romantic getaway.

We stayed a week in May, 2023, in celebration of our 25th anniversary.. The weather was miserable, due to a storm that lingered off the coast all week, but we still managed to have a great vacation. The two private balconies provided the best of the beach; fantastic ocean views, the smell and sounds of the sea and surf, but protection from the wind and no gritty sand. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home. We brought our food and didn't even leave the condo at all for the first 48 hours of our visit. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

excellent view

Negative Some glasses in the cupboard were not clean. The Keurig did not work. There was about 1 T of sugar. There was not even 1 full roll of toilet paper; there were 2 half rolls. No tissue in the 2 empty kleenex containers. There was no laundry detergent but a potential charge if more than 2 loads of laundry were left. The pillows were flat & hard. Sheets were neither soft nor comfortable. TV is small in bedroom and cannot be turned on/off with the remote. Owner was less than hospitable when I contacted her with a question about gaining entry to the property ("it was in the paperwork"). Distance from New Symrna Beach proper (Flagler Ave.) Positive the view was excellent, peaceful, & relaxing. In addition, the hot tub, pool, and access to the beach made it a worthwhile.
