The rooms were clean and very functional. Everything I needed wwas provided in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean and maintained. I was very pleased with my stay.

This property was clean, homey, cozy and centrally located to the required accommodations during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and centrally located to neighborhood grocery store and other facilities. The only challenges we encountered were (1) difficulty locking the front door, and (2) outside pests, mosquitos and gnats which were probably due to the weather. Landscapers arrived the next day after our arrival and mowed the lawn. The cost aligned with our budget. We would probably stay here again.

This house was perfect for our weekend in! The fenced yard made it so easy to have our fur babies with us. Everything was in great condition and the house had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.

Cute little renovated home VERY close to UNCSA, which is what I wanted. House is comfortable and well- appointed. It IS a college town, close to campus, so there were predictably some parties going on on the block , but nothing too distracting. I’ll stay here again. It’s an EXCELLENT value

The house wasn't in a great area, one of the tv's wood t connect to wifi. The rug in the front room was very dirty. The front door lock beeps unless you hold the door tight to make sure it actually closes.
