We are pleased to offer accommodations for long stays. Conveniently located just 15 min walk from UofO, guests can take advantage of our complimentary parking, new appliances, a workspace w/ monitor, and fully stocked kitchen. Our location is within close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, & DT Eugene.
Equipped with all the amenities you need to stay productive, including high-speed Wi-Fi and ample lighting. We also have a rooftop patio, as well as a having a convenience store right below!

This was a great place and the neighborhood was great. Little bodega very by close, several good eating choices very close. Very pretty and safe walking area with parks close by. Downtown night life close and U of O campus.Bedroom was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items to make most food there. Bathroom a little small but not inconvenient. Clean and nicely decorated, cleaning people that showed up were super nice and helped me take my bags down to my Uber pick-up so I didn't need to make extra trips. The 2 flights of stairs are a bit much for multiple trips. Overall great stay, Host was great and location was perfect for me. Spacious and relaxing, would definitely stay again.

Worst experience possible. Begin w/to enter a dark alley to find a lockbox for keys near dumpsters. Then find the door to the building doesn’t require keys - it has a key code. Proceed up two different flights of stairs containing unknown smells (weed, urine, mildew, mold & whatever else has been in that old building). Arrive at unit, on the 3rd floor, the door has an unused lockbox where the keys could’ve been. Upon entering, decor from the pics are missing, a sheet hastily thrown over a futon couch to hide stains, burn marks, and a hole. Bedroom carpet is absolutely disgusting, unclean-able, and needs to be replaced. Bed, pillows, pillow cases, and sheets also stained. The blinds are beat up. No climate control, and dirty fans blow on you. There are patched holes on every wall and stains in the ceiling. This place does not live up to it description or its pictures, the host was not able to be contacted, which is required in order to communicate for a refund. This location should be removed from all rental platforms and not allowed to be offered until cleaned up, sanitized, and had new bed, couch, and carpet. Zero stars was not available, would not recommend, avoid this listing!

Arrive at unit, on the 3rd floor, the door has an unused lockbox where the keys could’ve been provided.
