In Eugene's central area, this snug 1-bedroom flat provides the ideal place to start your Pacific Northwest journey. You'll be just a 5-minute drive from the University of Oregon, 6 minutes from Autzen Stadium, and 7 minutes from the renowned Hayward Field, allowing you to easily explore the city's top attractions. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, which will keep you connected throughout your stay. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The apartment also features a dining table, bathroom with towels and basic soaps, a hair dryer, an iron and board, and air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable. Unwind in the living area with satellite/cable TV, games, and books for kids. Step outside to the balcony or gather around the fire pit with the provided outdoor furniture. Perfect location for our visit with family. Be aware that one rule of the place is NO alcohol. Very quiet and clean.

Thanks for respecting our home and we’re glad you found it convenient and comfortable. We apologize for the confusion with the no alcohol. The “no alcohol “ is specific to college parties (we’re a college town) . Many guests have had beer or wine amongst themselves which is fine so long as it doesn’t turn into a frat party with outside guests at all hours of the night. Sorry for the confusion, wish you’d have communicated this desire as it would have been fine.

Awesome value and an easy bike ride to all the fun downtown Eugene activities. Maybe an added couple pots and pans with a small auto shut off heat plate is beneficial but very happy with my stay. Very well kept property in a nice quiet residential area.

Awesome Time

Me and my wife had a great time, the location was comfortable and our time there was cozy. We did have to rush out in the morning but this was due to our timing not of the property owners. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here, look forward to our next trip, and staying here again.
