Beach home with a Cape Cod flair and charm perfect for creating a lifetime worth of vacation memories. Walk, stroll, jog, run, bike or drive to varies beaches on Nantucket Sound .5 miles away. Dogs welcome! **LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) NOT INCLUDED** Can Order Linens for you for additional fee (or Bring your Own) Great separate living spaces. One first floor bedroom with full bed, 1 upstairs bedroom with a king size bed and full bath at one end of the house with window A/C unit, the other end of the house has another second floor bedroom that has 2 queen beds and a twin that also has a window A/C unit. The down stairs is cooled by a centrally located 10,000 BTU AC in the large kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, Living room, full bathroom, sunroom out to the deck, backyard and outdoor shower.

Backyard has a outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor shower and I nice yard to relax in.

*Central Cape Cod location. Short distance to Cape Cod Baseball league games, tennis, just a few moments to warm ocean beaches, dining, shopping, art museums, Whydah Pirate museums, ice cream, bowling, Bass River Marina, Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, ponds, walking trails, conservation areas, dog parks, Over half dozen great golf courses, mini golf, Down Town Hyannis, Cape Cod Mall, Barnstable Airport and the Island Ferries all 5 to 10 minutes away.

The garage and basement is not available for guests.

The location was a short walk to a tiny beach that was crowded by 9am. The property image on google is very accurate, the trees and lawn are not maintained, hard to enjoy the back yard with tall grass full of bugs. The owner tried to charge us 300 extra for leaving a car at the property while it was being cleaned, and we walked to the beach. The gas grill was broken, had too cook inside by the time they eventually showed up. The house is large and the set up is good for the downstairs to be loud and not affect the king bedroom, but then again with no doors upstairs, it was pointless. Id say this place with the condition of appliances and location should be 50% less than advertised.

Great location

Perfect set up for our family. Kids had their own space on the opposite side of the house. We all felt right at home. It was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

House was clean and spacious. We had plenlty of room for our group of 8 (teens and adults). Just 2 bathrooms was a bit challenging bit we knew that going in. Owner left some snacks and coffee for us which was so nice. We were very happy with our visit

Missing 4 knives, forks table spoons and teaspoons. Did you find them. I will gladly pay shipping .

Quite nice. Primary suite need new mattress. Kitchen sink could use a new faucet. Grass needs attention. Otherwise quite nice. Brad Splaine

Great place for family !

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and myself for the week but large enough for a family. Loved the welcome gifts with snacks and cleaning supplies and the bathrooms had small shampoos body washes toothpaste etc. Perfect distance from beaches . Could walk to most . Would definitely stay again!
