Salty Oaks has a half acre connecting lot that is shared with its sister property, Sandy Oaks, with observation deck of sound, firepit, and plenty of open space! It is within walking distance to Homer¡s Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, a huge covered deck, Salty Oaks is the perfect place to escape to whilst surrounded by 250 year-old live Oak trees!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Full Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. Living Room area with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player with Roku access. Fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, oven and dishwasher!

Level Two: is a suite with a separate entrance with shower, Queen Bed, sofa, table and small Kitchen area.

Additional amenities include: Mini-Splits with air and heat, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Xbox 360, Roku, observation deck, outdoor deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
