Enjoy your stay in Carpinteria and live on Vacation! Walk or bike to downtown Linden Avenue shopping and restaurants and continue to the World's Safest Beach. Close to coffee shops for a coffee run and take a walk through Salt Marsh Nature Park. This is a newly renovated downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath condo that provides off street parking and a full kitchen. The living room is all set to watch the game on the streaming flatscreen TV and has laundry in the unit. Heating & A/C. Pet Friendly!! Large parties can also book the adjacent unit, Mountain View.

Family reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion in Carp. It was a great place. Very clean and quiet place to escape from the family reunion craziness. Great place to stay and easy to get to.

We travel to Carp yearly and love this rental. It had everything and more! The beach umbrella was a life saver with 3 & 5 yr olds. Great property, parking, etc. Will be back next year!

Carpinteria Get Away

The apartment was spacious, clean and updated. We were very comfortable. Downtown Carpinteria is charming and we were within walking distance. The beach is fantastic and nice restaurants and shopping are close by. Close to Ventura and Santa Barbara.

Excellent home base for Thanksgiving weekend visit

Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable apartment for holiday weekend visit to family right near downtown Carp. Very accommodating of our pet dog as well with great, cordoned off outdoor area. Other than slightly noisy (late night activities/left barking dogs in apartment) neighbors upstairs, it was great location that I'd highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

Thank you for letting us stay at your home away from home. It literally had everything we needed and was a very short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops. Very clean, tidy, and was perfect for our stay.

Everything you need

It’s a very comfortable, clean and well located unit. Easy walking to town and convenient parking for our car. The place has ample space to spread out, work and relax. The property manager was very responsive to the couple of issues we had ensuring a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Tastefully decorated with new appliances to enjoy. Would be nice to provide directions to the driveway and location of residence at the back of building and whether unit A or B. Another suggestion is to provide heaters for the bedroom as the house was chilly. Received quick responses to concerns. Great location to the downtown area and beach.

Just love everything

I just love the location closer to the beach , shops, restaurants. Love the parking, right outside the door, a little play yard for the dogs, awesome communication with host, home was beautiful. Me and my siblings traveled from Austin Texas for our baby brothers first football game for the season and we do this every beginning of every school year, we always stay in Carpinteria as we just love it here. Highly recommend this host and place.

Great Getaway

Overall excellent experience. Clean accommodation, lovely proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice to have parking right outside the door. Only minor downfall was not enough toilet paper or dishwasher pods knowing we had four guests for a 9 day stay. It's not something on vacation I want to run right out and purchase.
