Cozy Haven by the beach.

We really enjoyed our week in this cozy, quiet little nest, close to the beach and very walkable to shops and restaurants. It provided everything we needed for a restful vacation.

Sandpiper Stay

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this rental. Everything you need is provided. A short walk to the beach and the main street. Clean and nice. Would recommend for couples and small families.

Quiet, comfortable and near the beach

A very comfortable unit in a small complex. Great location - an easy walk to town or the ocean. Quiet friendly folks. This small condo has everything you need for a great retreat near the beach.

Wonderful Beach Condo

My wife and I found this to be a wonderful place for us to enjoy a weekend beach getaway on the coastline. The condo is clean, beautifully maintained and upgraded, cozy, and wonderfully located steps away from the beach. We had everything we wanted and look forward to our next chance to stay in this great beach condo.

Great stay

Stayed here a few times in the past. Perfect location and includes off street parking. Good amenities. Very comfortable bed. Owner is easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Hope to be back again soon.

Perfect location!

The condo had everything we needed and was just blocks from the sand. Pamela was quick to respond, welcoming and accomodating. We hope to come again.

Great location

Great spot, walk to beach and to town. We stayed for over a week, mostly just 2 of us, but our son visited for 3 nights, so it was great to have the sofa and extra bathroom. Nice to have off street parking space. Thank you for being flexible with our dates.

Great location

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring all that Carp has to offer: beach, walking, cool shops, and great restaurants. Also close enough to Santa Barbara to zip up there for an evening show at SB Bowl. Communication from our host was excellent.

Peaceful!

Property is in a quiet location close to the beach with designated off street parking behind building. Recently remodeled and VERY well appointed! Owner was a dream to work with. We will definitely go back.

Great place by the beach

My family and I loved staying here. Even my kids (who are quite opinionated) said that they would love to stay here again. The owner was very easy to connect with. The condo was SO close to the beach and to shops. The only thing we needed our car for was getting there. :) It was such a relaxing place to be.

Family time before college start

Location is in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 blocks to the beach. Note that tar is found naturally on beaches in the area. Host provided tar remover. The only item that would make unit better would be air conditioning which is uncommon in this area. We were able to be cool enough to sleep using fans and ceiling fans in the unit to circulate air.

Little Paradise

The place is awesome in general! Spot on! Quiet neighbors for a townhomes… The home is cozy , clean and layout is really nice and have met my epxectations. Thank you, Pamela for taking us in when the other VRBO had to cancel on us due to work in their place. Will come back again! Thank you!

The condo was very well appointed. It had everything we needed, especially the full kitchen. We had our own assigned parking space. It was 1-1/2 blocks from the beach and just a few blocks from the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park. We were just a short drive from Summerland and Santa Barbara and we drive up highway 150 to Ojai where the views were breathtaking. The main street (Linden) has many lovely and charming shops. We also recommend the Mexican restaurant on Linden.

This beach condo has been in the family for many many years. We have enjoyed many trips here over the years. Carpinteria is such an easy going community. Its the perfect place to escape to.
We have recently remodeled the condo to make it a home away from home. A place you want to come back to again and again.
