Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.
This condo is ground level, one story, and faces the street. The kitchen has a coffee pot (with single brew or 12 cup options), waffle maker, toaster and blender, as well as all the general cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals. The beach is just steps away from the door as this condo is in a beachfront triplex that is on the sand.
