All noise must subside AFTER 9:30pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit. You can expect this listing to be clean but due to our close proximity to the beach you may find a permanent stain or minor breakage; we routinely replace items with cosmetic damage but not after every guest. If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts
