Cleanliness Issue

The property was smelly. As soon as we entered we could smell a strong musty smell in the living/kitchen area. There was a carpet area rug that was full of dust. The vent above the stove was oily and full of dust. I called the property manager if we could have another property, but he said they did not have any. So we asked if they can clean the place. They did that somewhat. They did remove the area rug but still the smell persisted. We were disappointed and it effected our stay overall

Convenient Basic Property

Very conveniently located - close to groceries, food, gas, and the event that brought us to town. Condo is spacious, though very spartan. Essentials only in terms of dishes, bedding, towels, etc. Some of the condo still appears to be under renovation (there is a 3rd bedroom/office that is unfurnished and some painters tape in certain parts of the property), but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, Clean & Comfortable

We were down for the Mount Dora Carft Show and wanted to stay somewhere close that was affordable. It was clean and comfortable. It is in a retirement community so it is very quiet also. Would stay again.
