Wasn’t Clean

Coffee pot dirty rotten fruit in the fridge trash can full towels and wash clothes on floor and on shower floor hair in sink and shower garage full of sand. This is my 4th time here always clean in the past But cleanliness's is extremely important to us. Won’t be back.

Great place in calm area

We loved staying at this appartment. We had everything we needed, it was clean and very calm place. The only problem was to find the appartment by car.

Not bad

Clean. No frills. Very quiet which was what we wanted. Love the location. Close to Mt Dora and Yalaha. Nice restaurants in the area. Our big let down was the insane amount of gnats throughout the house in particular the main bathroom. I don’t know if it’s because of all the construction going on in the area or what but it was a turnoff. We also came across 2 roaches but you can tell that they have pest control as they were not active as they would be in the case of a place with no pest control. That did not bother us because we live in Florida and we understand you can’t fully expect to not see one here and there. But the gnats was not good. Very bro frills as mentioned earlier. Sheets were very basic. 25 thread count but clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the garage. That came in very handy! Overall…. Not bad at all.
