Short stay

Clean and safe neighborhood and attentive property managers. For a quick trip to Central Florida, kt was a great stay.

Nice condo

As pictured. Not many plates, cups, or forks, but we didn’t really eat at the condo. Could use some extra pillows. I did speak with one of the hosts on check out, as we were leaving early due to the storm. Very friendly! And the location right near the Publix and 10 minutes from family was perfect.

Tavares

We've stayed numerous times at these condos and have only had one issue while there (internet). We addressed it with the property manager and it was corrected quickly. One of the best places to stay for convenience, the quiet, and close to evyerthing.

Florida vacation

We were really only there at night except for one day spent in the rental. The unit was convenient to where we needed to be. The cost was well worth the space. Our only complaints were that it looked like someone spilled something in the refrigerator that wasn't cleaned and that the floors and bathrooms needed vacuuming/washing.

Did not stay!

Upon arrival, we found the rental had not been cleaned. Trash can out in the kitchen was overflowing, beds in both bedrooms had the dirty sheets on them, bathroom had not been cleaned, dirt fork in the kitchen sink. We were unable to reach the host, finally reached the EC, she told us to wash the sheets. We said we would not wash them. Then she said get a hotel room and come back the next day. We cancelled the entire week. We world like to speak to someone about our experience.

Wasn’t cleaned and ready, so we didn’t stay

When we arrived late in the evening, the Primary bed was stripped with sheets on the floor, the Secondary bed was missing pillows, and the dishwasher was filled with dishes that were not clean. So, we did not stay. Tried reaching owner that night and the next morning by text and email. Finally i called the Owner at 10:00am and reached him. He offered to cancel the stay and give a full refund, and we accepted. Still waiting on the refund.
