Summer Special! 2 connected and recently renovated hotel-style units in downtown OCNJ. These are the perfect option for a family (and budget!) stay in downtown OCNJ! The units are walking distance to the boardwalk (5 blocks) and just steps away from Asbury Avenue. This space sleeps up to 5 people in 2 queen bed and a day bed. The unit features 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, and 2 kitchenette spaces, each with a mini fridge and microwave.

OK for a last minute Labor Day weekend stay

Pros: Last minute availability in OC on Labor Day weekend. Reasonable price. Loved the split bedroom /bathroom suites! One for my husband and me and one for the two teens. TV and kitchenette in each were perfect for our needs. Owner is quick to respond to requests/questions. Clean and uncluttered. We found lots of metered parking right outside building. Cons: Building is old and needs an update/paint. Front porch light was out and we tripped over the cinder block partition to the unit in the dark. Hand soap was out in the 2nd bathroom. No filters for coffee maker (we brought our own thank goodness!) Parking is metered and limited to 3 hours 9AM-9PM. No beach tags included w/ stay. A little more than walking distance to beach if carrying lots of stuff. Owner responded via VRBO messages only. Overall an OK stay for a last minute mini-vacation. We've stayed in many VRBOs in OCNJ that were more luxurious, had more amenities and more "beachy" feel, so probably won't be back. But Mark was a gracious host and the unit was good enough for our needs.

A nice place in the heart of downtown OCNJ.

Apartment was clean and perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. No thrills, but we didn't need them. Good location for walking to shops, restaurants, beach and boardwalk. Only complaint is the parking...there isn't any. Had trouble finding parking nearby that didn't require feeding a meter.

Easy access, great location with street parking, comfortable beds, good space. PLan to make this our regular stay in OCNJ!

Awesome stay

We love OCNJ, and finding this unit for our weekend this summer was truly awesome. The host/owner answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made me feel assured that everything was taken care of. He was even attentive when I asked a question at 8 AM on our departure day. We will definitely stay at this unit again. The location was awesome, and it worked really well for our family! Thank you!

Nice Place, Great Location, Place was not cleaned though.

Great location, nice place, but not cleaned before arrival. It took a month, but the owner made it up to us! It is a cute place!

Nice rental

Cute, renovated 2nd floor unit. Old charm unit with modern touches. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to shops and beach. Met a very hospitable host upon arrival who went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed.

It was great

Great time, was a tad dirty when we came in but nothing like gross. Easy check in and good location. Wish it had like a stove though but close to food. No parking except meter 3 hour from 9am-9pm which sucked.
