Welcome to the Tuscany, Italy-themed oasis in Central Lubbock near TTU and UMC and Covenant. Enjoy the spacious private outdoor space or have your coffee near the sunshine bay windows. Unit features high-end antique furniture, a King-sized luxurious bed with soft sheets, FAST WIFI, loaded kitchen with coffee, waffles and cooking basics. The light is beautiful as it streams in through the windows, encasing a beautiful bed. Pets considered, long-term loved!
The space features leather furniture, quality bedding, cotton sheets. Comfort sheets, a french press, waffle maker with mix, charming bay window overlooks private backyard.

The apartment is stocked with the comforts of home. Snacks, drinks, shampoo to books are there for your comfort! Kitchenette has everything you need to cook. Your spirits will lift in this space filled with light and very private. Super comfy bed and high quality bedding will cradle you to sleep. You will enjoy the outside in a fully enclosed backyard, sipping coffee. Off street parking for guests.

We are located one mile from Texas Tech in a safe very diverse multicultural neighborhood. Your 5 minutes away from Tech, the Depot District, Medical and Arts District, Loop 289, Interstate 27/87 and the Marsha Sharp. Only 10 minutes from the airport and movie theaters.

You will enjoy off street parking, a sun filled dining area, spacious living quarters and a backyard. Please note this is a townhouse/duplex but all spaces are private besides the shared hot tub space in backyard.
Guest access
The entire condo in the triplex is yours to use with a small private backyard space fully fenced in. While the indoor space is not shared your backyard has a gate that leads to an another shared area in backyard where our hot tub sits & is accessible to the two other small units but most people never see other guests there. If you do, coming back 30 min later results in private hot tub experience.

Little house was extremely clean had everything in it that we needed. The yard was fenced so my little dog couldn’t get out. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub overall I would definitely stay there again. It’s very nice. The host very nice. Very helpful.

The hot tub is in it's own fenced in area and is shared among the other units, which was not clear to me. The room/unit was cute and clean and the yard was perfect for us and our little pups. The location appears to be in an older and a little rougher part of a neighborhood, but we had no problems. The host was very communicative at first, but after the booking was over when I reached out to let her know about there being no coffee, sugar etc, there was no communication or response. However, the host gave the overall impression that she cared very much about her property and seems to take care of it.

Yes I received this guests very good detailed feedback and got right to work with cleaners/updating a few items and I forgot to reply with gratitude for her great attention to detail. We appreciated her feedback and wished we could’ve solved her issue with coffee during her stay, thats no good whatsoever.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our host went over and above to accommodate our needs. We didn’t get to use the hot tub due to our schedule, but it seemed great. So nice to have pet friendly places available when you travel. We would definitely book again if we head back out to the 806! Thanks

Enjoyed our stay for our daughter's ring ceremony at Tech. Lubbock neighborhoods are hit or miss, and this location is okay. Parking is tight but workable.

My partner and our dogs stayed here for a few days. Great place to stay. Cute and charming. Hot tub was enjoyable. And had our own private back yard. Check in was easy and quick. Very clean stay!

Great little place for a couple to have a getaway! Wish we could have used the hot tub but the hours we were home were not conducive to use it - but it is a great setup! If we ever travel to Lubbock again - we hope this place is available - we would 1000% come back!Thank you!

Clean and Accurate

The rooms were very clean and had all necessary supplies appliances and utensils were provided. Some infrequent street noise and limited parking were the only drawbacks. Otherwise it’s a small quiet place to stay for a couple.

Pros: This place has a lot of character. It’s really cute. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a VRBO. The hot tub is a lovely touch. Beautiful bay window with lots of natural light. A fenced in back yard with patio furniture. Cons: When I arrived, I was surprised to see that it was not a single family home. It’s a triplex and unfortunately the neighbors next door are up late and loud. There was a strange rhythmic banging sound that would randomly happen throughout the night(sounded like shoes in a dryer). I looked at the clock once to note the time and it was almost 2am. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well bc of this. It doesn’t say anything on the listing about the hot tub being a shared amenity but that appears to be the case as you have to go through another gate to get to the hot tub and the gate has a lock on the outside. Thankfully since it was winter, we didn’t run into any other folks using the hot tub. The property had litter everywhere outside in the bushes. It’s the first thing we saw when we arrived. The area around the hot tub was littered with trash and random items. There was dog & cat doo in the backyard. Not the best neighborhood either. Witnessed a stray pitbull roaming the streets making it unsafe to walk. One thing the owner could do to really elevate the space would be to replace that sad couch in the living room. It was so uncomfortable, small and had given up. A TV in the bedroom would make things even better.

Thank you for loving our place. Lubbock is a windy city and I have updated some tasks for our maintenance and cleaning team since your feedback! This is valuable stuff. I appreciate the prompt messaging during your stay regarding noise and I immediately investigated our place with other guests, who also thought it was a neighbor's so we sent a police to investigate the sound disturbance. Thankfully it hasn't happened since. We will look into getting tv in bedroom, what a great idea!
