Welcome to At Jaker's Beach House!
This newly renovated home is a beautiful two-story retreat located close to the beach and downtown, with lake views from the front yard and crow's nest balcony. Just a short walk to South Beach and the new and improved Kid's Corner Park. Beach access via the blue stairs.

The home offers three full bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Highlights include a beautiful upstairs King Suite featuring a lounge area, 65-inch TV, and a private crow's nest balcony. Additional amenities include a cook's kitchen, wireless internet, central air, and a large yard perfect for games and gathering. There is plenty of space to accommodate blow-up mattresses if needed.

This spacious home features multiple decks, patios, and a charming old-fashioned front porch. Enjoy the outdoor bar with TV for entertaining and a warm-water outside shower to make beach clean-up easy.

Accessibility features include a wheelchair ramp providing step-free entry to the main deck and an ADA-accessible first-floor bathroom, making the home suitable for guests with mobility needs.

Golf cart rental is available with the home for $100 per night of reservation.
Outdoor amenities include Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Gas Grill, Boogie Boards, Cornhole (Can Can), and 3 Adult Bicycles.
