Family weekend
There were 3 families coming here for the weekend to spend time together we picked this place as a halfway point for everyone. Our plan was to stay at the property the entire time and the clubhouse.The check in process was inconvenient as you have to wait in a long line to get a pass from the guard shack. They also didn’t have anyone’s name listed on the reservation despite emailing them the names.The townhouse: clean but not immaculate as it should be for the cleaning fee . We had someone w a mobility issue and didn’t know every single room was upstairs the only thing down was the pool table room. Comfortable beds, nice porch and busy but quiet neighborhood. Disappointed at the lack of kitchen equipment. 2 tiny frying pans and a Pyrex dish no baking sheet oven mits or dish towels and only 2 trash bags. The pool table was a big reason why we chose here and it’s not level and there is no chalk. There was a playpen and highchair which was a big help. The clubhouse with the pool is in an entire different subdivision approx 2 miles away. The pools and clubhouse were nice but you cannot take any food or drink inside and the restaurants are pricey. Then it’s a long drive back to feed everyone.Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but because of the location of The clubhouse and a lack of kitchen equipment I don’t feel like it’s as good of value for the price. But the place was plenty big for everyone and we enjoyed our time together here
