Minutes drive to neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, fast food joints and private park for fresh air and leisure walks. 10 minutes drive to Texas Tech /UMC and the Medical pavilion, 8 minutes to Covenant medical center and 10 minutes to the downtown business center! Traffic is a thing of the past with multiple routes and highways to get to where you want on time.

South Lubbock is centrally located and near every major landmark in the hub city. This location is near all major hospitals, downtown and eateries as well as one minute away from major interstate. It is a safe neighborhood and could not be more proud of the great neighbors we have that are family friendly.

We have rose flowers both at the front and backyard that are such a beauty to behold especially when they are in bloom.
Music lovers have enjoyed the organ/piano we have available to our guests.
