Braemar

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not think the condo at the Braemar location was comparable to the condo that we usually rent at the Capri. We were moved due to construction that was to occur next to the Capri although every time we passed the area there was no construction being done.

The location and view of ocean are great! The condo really needs updating. Chipped paint, stained furniture, and rugs. The air conditioner is very slow to cool and never got the condo cool enough.

Excellent spot for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for a baseball tournament and found the stay at this location to be excellent. Staying so far north made travel much easier to and from games, we were able to get around town incredibly easily. The unit was in great shape and had plenty of space for a couple of kids, and being right on the beach was awesome to be able to relax. Check in and out was very smooth, I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who needs a little extra space for a trip like this.

Beautiful place

House was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the stay and the beautiful view. It was in a great location and easy access to the beach.

Good place with a great view.

It was mostly splendid, but parking is a little tricky if you have more than one car.

North Ocean City is better

Nice clean condo with plenty of room for my family of 7. Great location on the beach and many restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store is right across the street. The pool was nice and had a lifeguard. Would stay here again!

Nice condo in Ocean City

Property was lovely. Location was good with easy access to restaurants and shops. On Monday of our stay the pool was closed which was a bummer! But we enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the condo. Thank you for having us and we will be back!

Great location

Oceanfront condo property was great. There were 7 of us (3kids). Easy to get to the pool and oceanfront. Lots of families. North ocean city is where you want to be if you have young kids. Overall very very nice.

The view was mostly of the neighboring buildings, but we could see the ocean if we looked to the side on the balcony. Our favorite part of the rental was the board games and tv channels. Despite the weather being bad, we had a lot of fun playing those games and watching Commanders & Capitals games in the evenings. Also the distance to the beach is unbeatable.

"Glorious, peaceful, ambience"

Braemar towers was an exceptional place to spend our 3-day, 2 night, mini getaway! The Condo was second-to-none and the kitchen was 'state of the art' for preparing our planned out menu. With just a few minor factors, overall, the group decided that the area, the condo and the atmosphere provided just what we needed in the middle of the week! Thank you for an exquisite place resulting in an near magical time-out.

Excellent location and experience.Perfect for families

The condo was a great size for my family of 5. It was very spacious and very clean. They provided a lot of towels and there was no issues with hot water. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean. Perfect location for families with a lot of restaurants and activities nearby. Management was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful overall!

Condo was spotless on arrival and in a great location. Linen package, well-appointed kitchen and brand new washer/dryer. I’ve been coming to OC for 42 years and I’ve never seen this view before of both the ocean and bay at the same time. One minor issue we had was resolved immediately by the property manager who came out on a Sunday morning. Hoping we can stay here again!

Weekend getaway

The property was wonderful! So much light with all of the mirrors. We loved the location- we always park at 130th or 131st street when we visit for the day. Everything in the condo was clean. It was nicely furnished and decorated. We appreciated all of the attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings. Looking forward to being able to stay again someday soon! One suggestion is to make sure you bring your own soap for the kitchen and bathrooms when you come.
