This is an 800 square foot apartment but has limited sleeping arraignments. It has a new queen bed and a rolling folding bed, best suited for a child. It is designed for a couple, or couple with one small child. If you have more than three people, there will be a surcharge of $150 per person per night.

Location and comfort are everything. You are within a short walk to beach and many of the local restaurants located in the Blue Mountain neighborhood. You are also only two miles from Grayton and Seaside. There is a golf course within 3 miles, and shopping is nearby.

You are also across the street from a state forest with miles of walking and bike trail You are also a short drive from Destin and Panama City Beach. Grayton Beach state park is less about 2.5 miles to the East, and Topsail state park is about five miles to the West.

There is a full-size kitchen, complete with utensils. All linens, including beach towels, are supplied. Backpack type beach chairs and bicycles are available if you want. Cleaning supplies and laundry supplies are available. Bring your clothes and personal belongings and you are ready.

You are renting the complete ground level so nobody will be next to you.
