This adorable, brand new, beach bungalow is right on 30A across from two direct public access streets leading right to the gulf a few yards away. This oasis is a couple blocks from Shunk Gulley, shopping, restaurants and coffee. Across from Goatfeathers and Local Catch. The West end of 30A is a treasure trove of new exploration without the gridlock you will find on the East end. There are many public access points to the beach, lakes to paddle board and kayak and many trails to explore.

The space
This shabby chic cottage has all the finest upgrades for your stay. The owner is a realtor with a passion for design. Nothing has been left out of the design and comfort for guests. The ground floor makes for easy access right out to the beach or parking. The best mattresses and bedding await you for a restful night's sleep. The complex is a hidden gem on 30A. Nothing, but peace and convenience await you. Read a book in the comfy wing back chair or bask in the sunshine with a coffee or wine on the private patio.

My bf and I decided last minute to book a place for Memorial Weekend. We had never stayed in Blue Mountain Beach and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants walking distance. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a couple. The host was very communicative and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to beach and accurate listing

Property is very clean and close to the beach. It is small but has everything you need for a complete stay. The kitchen is functional and fully supplied with all the necessities. This would be an ideal stay for a couple or several adults, but not for any children. The public beach close by is lovely and a short walk from the property. All in all a good place to stay

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time staying on the West end of 30A, and we loved it. The condo was in a great location within walking distance to a couple of public beach access points and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the kitchen perfectly stocked for a small group or family. The complex was quiet and not overcrowded. You can get to Seaside, Rosemary, and Alys Beach with a short, scenic drive. Heather is a kind and gracious hostess with exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to make sure her guests are happy and well taken care of. We would definitely rent this property from Heather again in the future... hopefully soon!

First trip to 30A

Overall great stay and nothing to complain about. The condo was very clean and well kept, plenty of room for 2 adults. Close proximity to everything 30A has to offer. Quick walk to the beach and easy to navigate beach access. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance, prime location. Will definitely return for another stay in this gem.

Great place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed this place very much. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping and we enjoyed the pool. It was not a bad walk to get to the beach. We cooked dinners several nights and the kitchen was adequately stocked for two with dishes and such. We brought several items from home for certain meals. The owner was responsive and nice to work with. We wished we had brought more hangers as there are no drawers in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. It rained quite a bit but we watched movies and there is no local cable but we were able to log in to two of our streaming apps. Overall a very nice place.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property! The host was extremely helpful, eager, and prompt in answering any question I had. She gave recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, things to do, and the best beach accesses. Beautiful condo located close to the beach. Love Blue Mountain and our host, Heather! Long Weekend

Heather was a great host! Always available via text and concerned about our comfort and stay. The condo is elegantly decorated and just a short walk to 2 beach access points and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, appliances are all new and everything is very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Fun

We enjoyed our vacation at this pretty new condo. It is in a convenient spot close to Hwy 30A and a close walk to the beach, walking trails, and restaurants. The owner is kind and was concerned about our happiness during our stay. She was in contact with us to meet any needs that came up.

Beautiful Condo In Great Location!

We just returned to Chicago after having spent 6 nights in this lovely condo. It is brand new and beautifully decorated! The king bed is especially comfortable! We have never been to the 30A area and just happened to find this property available. We really loved being so close to the beach and having so many restaurants walkable as well. On days we wanted to venture out it was just a quick 10 minute drive to the Seaside and Watercolor neighborhoods. Heather was an amazing host and really helped us to enjoy our trip even more. We hope to return again soon!

Spring Getaway

We loved this rental in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach! It was perfect for our Spring getaway. The property was clean from the moment we checked in. The layout of the property was easy to get in and out of by car and for biking. The parking lot was very secure with a gated entrance and exit. Super close to restaurants, shops and the beaches in Blue Mountain. Easy access to Grayton, Seaside, Rosemary and San Destin. We loved the location as we go to this area quite often. The owner was very prompt and friendly any time we had a question. The condo was very clean and fresh! If you expect a clean rental this is for you! The kitchen had everything we needed for the week and it had all new appliances. The master bed was very comfortable. The pool was well kept and quiet. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this condo! This would be a great rental for a getaway to the beach or business trip!

I am a local Realtor and also do real estate in Atlanta. I had my house in Mexico Beach hit by Hurricane Michael in 2018 and after 2 years of trying to rebuild, I decided to buy on 30A. I have been in the Panhandle either as a resident, guests or homeowner most of my life. I grew up going to Mexico Beach with my grandparents, but when I discovered 30A as an adult, it was love at first site. I love the beauty of it, the people and all the places there are to go.

I had been searching for a couple of years for the right property. When I came across Hidden Lakes Condos, I knew it was the one. I love the crisp, new, beachy look of it and the location could not be better. It is so close to everything, but it is at the more peaceful end of 30A. I think it is perfect!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The condo is close to so many things to do, but it is still quiet on the West End of 30A. There are not many brand new condo buildings and this one just checks all the boxes. It is nice to stay in a brand new place for vacation. We have two brand new, smart tv's that you can use your streaming services to watch TV.
