The first floor includes a recreation area, wet bar and bunk room (queens). The main living area on the second floor. The open family room has a 'modern, elegant feel accented by cathedral ceiling and is enhanced by sliding doors which flood the space with natural light and provide access to the upper balcony. The expansive porch is more than 1100 SF and an attractive space for alfresco dining or for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the view.
