Experience beautiful Zion and amazing outdoor adventures! Our spacious home is 25 minutes to Zion, 15 to swimming boating fishing & dune buggies! St George is close for shopping, dining & golf. Biking & hiking abound! Pickleball 3 mins away.

After you visit our beautiful area you'll want to live here OR get a second home. We're Realtors with 20 yrs experience and will help you find exactly what you want. Just message us through the portal. And if you want to see homes, just let us know.

Enjoy unique stargazing, once-in-a-lifetime cosmic events, and constellation tracking in our backyard and close by with our dark Utah skies.

Awesome Game room & Zen backyard w/ Infrared Sauna! All new high end hotel quality beds to get the best sleep ever! Every room has its own TV for your viewing pleasure.
Plenty of room for family and friends. Great open living / dining area with 85" TV for enjoying your favorite shows after a fun day exploring this wonderful area! Enjoy a well stocked kitchen with varied drinks and snacks to enjoy!

Dog friendly large fenced backyard is great for your furry friends to run and be safe while you sit under the covered patio for a BBQ or enjoy star gazing by the fire pit. You can also sweat away stress and toxins in the Infrared Sauna then an invigorating cold plunge! AND don't forget a full-body shiatsu massage in our high-end massage chair! Just what your muscles need after a day of hiking and exploring.

Large dedicated workspace for two with high quality ergonomic chairs and a printer.

Kids and adults enjoy Ping Pong, Pool, darts, bean bag toss, shuffleboard, foosball and a game table!
There's Pickleball paddles, tennis, badminton, and more sports for your use including daypacks! Pickleball & the park are 3 mins away!

We enjoyed our stay at Zion Happy Retreat very much! Clean property, good location in a quiet neighborhood, with all the needed amenities. We enjoyed the lovely back patio for coffee in the morning or evening conversations. The game room was a hit as well!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cute, quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views. Had a blast in the game room and the massage chair was a hit with the whole fam. We had a great time!! Host was great and responded very quickly.

Overall incredible experience, Faye & Bryan are stand out, warm and hospitable hosts. From the reservation experience, to flexibility of modifying our stay, to consistent communication throughout, had one of the best VRBO experiences ever. The home is carefully crafted, with attention to detail—a very homey-feel. Amenities (sauna, game room, plenty of pantry goods) were the cherry on top! My only regret is not being able to stay longer. 10/10 would recommend, and hope to be back another time!

Excellent Accommodations!

Lovely home with just about anything we could want or need! Well stocked, well equipped, amazing game room, spacious back yard to enjoy more of the outdoors, quiet setting with a nice view, and close to what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and all needs were readily available. The favorite was the game room for the guys, they had a great time playing ping pong, darts and the other games. We all enjoyed the nice back yard and patio. Very nice property, thank you!

Faye was very helpful throughout with communicating about questions and concerns. The house was beautiful and well maintained the game room was a hit. We can’t thank you enough for a great stay. PS the massage chair was the hero of our stay everyone loved it after a full day of hiking!

Wonderful home and host

Property is beautiful (lovely landscaping and interior decor) and cool game room and other amenities. It is apparent as soon as you walk in that you are staying in someone's home. Well stocked kitchen and everything is clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed the game room when we were able to access it...seems it was locked an hour earlier than listing time of 10 pm, but we did appreciate all extras.

We are from Chicago and North Dakota originally. We both ended up in California where we met and fell in love! We like exploring the outdoors and making the most of every day! We want to share all the beauty and adventure of Southern Utah with others so we decided to share our home to vacationers.

We both love people and have been Realtors for most of our lives. We stay active and live happy and healthy lives.

Family is everything! So to be closer to our parents and get to enjoy all the National Parks, we settled into Toquerville. So close to so many great trails for exploring, and Zion National Park. You feel tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Hurricane or St George, yet you are close to all the amenities.

We love animals and welcome your furry friends. We understand that they are part of your family! Our home is filled with motivation and uplifting quotes to lift your spirits! And we have 2 dedicated work spaces for all of you who want/need to work while on vacation. We will also have a Zen backyard with a cool water feature, an Infrared Sauna and much more!
