Zion Desert "Cruise" House - private pool, hot tub & game room

This house is the perfect escape for your family or group. It is centrally located and is a great hub for all your southwest adventures!
* 25 minutes to Zion National Park. *We allow pets for an extra fee. Please select that you’re bringing a pet when you book.
* Private pool (pool heater is available by advanced request for an extra fee, it is not needed in the summer months. Please inquire).
* 8 Person hot tub.
* Sleeps 10 people.
* 2 Smart TV's with basic cable (sign on to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc)
* 300 Mbps Wifi.
* Fully equipped kitchen with tons of cooking necessities.
* Gas BBQ grill.
* Garage game room with air hockey, foosball, basketball, ping pong, and Pac Man (this area is not temperature controlled).

Great location to launch adventures to Zion and surrounding areas from. The pool, hot tub and "game room" really made the property special. Only 30 minutes to Park entrance but close to lots of great dining options.

This house was perfect for our long weekend. The house was very clean, spacious, and has awesome amenities. Great location from St. George Regional Airport to Zion National Park. Wonderful restaurants nearby too. The host was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

A great family-friendly stay with quick check-in/out. The pool and hot tub were perfect for both kids and adults, and the large indoor/outdoor dining tables were convenient. The garage games, especially Pac-Man, were a hit with the grandkids. Easy access to Zion was a big plus.

Great property for groups

We had a great stay at Hannah’s property. The house was spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. We had a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this property.

The house was great. We spent countless hours swimming in the pool. When we contacted Hannah about a potential issue with the air conditioning, we got almost an immediate response and constant communication until the problem was solved. The house is not far from Zion, so it was a convenient location to stay at and get to and from Zion.

Had Everything we needed

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was clean and ready for us. Kids loved the pool and spa. Rooms were so fun and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Game room was a bonus. So comfortable to have supper outside on the patio. Quiet neighborhood close to coffee shop and grocery.

Family visit to Zion

This was a great place for a family stay for our visit to Zion. Kids loved the pool/hot tub and game room. Everyone loved the comfortable beds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax and all the details have been thought of. Hannah is very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

Quiet, clean, beds are comfy and the pool/patio areas OUTSTANDING! Zion is 25 min, Grand Canyon 2.5, Bryce 2.5. Excellent excellent excellent!

Zion Family Trip

This house is a home and comes with everything to make your stay perfect. Hannah is the best host of all time. Her response time is minutes! Check in and out was a breeze, and exploring Zion National Park was spectacular.

Great Utah getaway

Owner was great before we arrived with answering questions and hike recommendations. Outdoor areas were very nice and private. Family had fun with garage games. Mattresses were extra comfy. Thank you- can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect Spot Near Zion

What a fantastic house. Very clean and decorated super cute. Beds were comfortable. Owner was super quick to respond to questions. All the "extras" were nice to have. Right around the corner from the best coffee shop in La Verkin. We would stay here again!!!

A Peaceful Retreat

Our family of five had a wonderful visit to La Verkin. We explored Zion and Bryce and enjoyed the opportunity to retreat from the Springdale crowds and heat to the restful home. Kids loved the pool and games + ample and comfortable space. Hannah was a great hostess - responsive and thoughtful! We appreciated proximity to grocery store, River Rock Roasting Company and our favorite part of Zion (Kolob Canyons).

Perfect house for us

We loved everything about this house. Everything was clean and we were so comfortable. It was extremely hot outside but ac worked great. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Hannah was the absolute easiest host to communicate with. Close to Zion NP, grocery stores, restaurants. Would love to come back.

Near Zion

About half an hour from Zion’s main gate. Spacious house, some bedrooms were small but loads of common space including a garage filled with games. Pool and spa are in the back of the property, very child safe. Manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Wow! So fun!

We are so thankful for this host and this property - we were supposed to spend the weekend in the mountains in CA for our foster's birthday but the wildfires redirected us last minute and this rental was SO much fun for the kiddo up to us adults. Hannah made some exceptions for us to be able to make this happen and we were so grateful. The house is well supplied, spacious and very homey. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

SO MUCH FUN!

We loved the location, e-scooters, game room, pool… everything! We tubed the Virgin River with Zion’s Tubing which is only about 10 miles away. We E-biked through Zion’s and hiked the Narrows. There are fun hikes right around the property and a path down to the river at Power Plant park. The pool was perfect and so nice after a hot day hiking. We will definitely go back.

Perfect Place for Ultramarathon Event

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here for five days and participating in the Zion Ultramarathons. The pool, hot tub and game room provided ALL family members who weren't running with plenty of options. Having the best coffee shop ever just up the road was an added bonus! Hannah is an exceptional hostess with responsive communication and a number of personal touches (welcome note, candies, flowers) that made us feel very welcome. You can't go wrong here!

Great place to stay when visiting Zion in the hot months.

Family of 4 stayed with main purpose of visiting Zion and chilling at the house in the evening. Inside of the house was a little outdated, but comfy and meets all needs. We unfortunately didn’t have time to play with any of the fun stuff in the garage. They had some fun board games in the kitchen cabinet. Outside area was great with shaded sitting area near pool. Pool slide was a lot of fun, but one of the screws appeared lose and the bushes need trimmed as they covered the steps. Neighbor rooster was really noisy in the early morning. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but we had no issues. Overall we really liked the place and would stay again if we were visiting Zion National Park again in the hot months.

I moved from Maryland to Southern Utah in 2009. I just love the beautiful scenic views and all the outdoor activities. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, canyoning, and boating (raft and kayak). Sharing the house with visitors gives me joy because I’m excited for more people to know how amazing this part of the world is!

La Verkin is a great hub for lots of day trip options! Easily visit Zion as well as Bryce and Grand Canyon. There are also a few state parks close by. There’s just really so much to do. Great restaurant options right in town and many more in Springdale, Hurricane and St George. The newest highlight for things to do is the Zion Canyon Hot Springs - just a short walk from the house! Fabulous!!
