Rafting, paddle boarding, skiing, zip lining, hiking, and biking are just a few of the sports Salida is known for. Need something a little more relaxing? Wind down at one of our hot springs nearby, or enjoy fishing and camping at one of our great local spots!

Perfect location for wedding we attended at the Steam PlantWe were 6 adults and a toddler and an infant for 4 nights and we all had ample space for ourselves and the equipment that comes with having small ones. We hit Safeway several times and public parked in spot at the end of the Safeway grocery store parking lot. Shops/restaurants/bars and great park within short walking distance too.

Amazing location. Very clean. Heads up, The entry is on the back alley, not the Main Street. I was knocking on the wrong door for a long time until I realized I was at APT A not B.

Located central to downtown and a few blocks away from the creek this location has everything you need. The property was clean, modern and had all your basic supplies that you would find in a hotel. Parking was easy to figure out as there are lots of areas to park that are not the three hour time limit close to the unit just depends on the day when you get there and how packed the parking sports are since you are so close to the river. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Good location and all we need

Good walking distance to everything in downtown Salida and home base to skiing Monarch. Stocked kitchen tools, laundry and comfortable beds. All we needed for a long weekend.

Perfect Family Vacation

As a brand new condo, this was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. The area was very quiet as well. The property manager responded to all our questions very quickly. I would stay here again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We spent 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my husband and I as well as 3 teenagers. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very attentive. We would rent here again!

Excellent location, beautiful condo

The location of this condo is spectacular. Walking distance to all of the Salida shops & restaurants and right around the corner from the Safeway grocery store. It is newly renovated with a fully stocked kitchen and the laundry was key for washing our skiing gear after a few excellent days at Monarch.

Perfect little condo steps from town

Our property was cute, well equipped and comfortable It had all the amenities of home and the beds were very comfy. our host was quick to answer any questions we texted to her we literally were able to walk out the front door and be in this quaint town would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Downtown Salida

This 3 bedroom condo is in the heart of downtown. Just a few steps from restaurants, shops, and the river. It was very clean and the beds super comfy. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions! We had a great stay and would return again!
